Ranking the BEST decks in the OP07 meta | One Piece Card Game Tierlist 

Kaido gets its search event in 07 which does help making oni more consistent. It gets much better in 08 but I think it’s closer to the top of C. BY ace going to be underrated in 07

r/y sabo and r/y betty I've found to actually be pretty viable against b/y luffy and g/y yamato when you build it with the revolutionary army cause you can keep parts safe in life, and then pressure opponents afterwards since a lot of them have triggers that play them to field. Morley being one of my favorite combos since he can be a consistent 7k+ swinger that ignores opponents blockers and then put back into life by sabo's ability, which means if the opponent decides to attack they risk letting you skip the summoning sickness and getting bullied. It's a lot like the belo betty deck but with sabo as the leader, and being a revolutionary army, it can rush really hard and quickly take out b/y luffy since b/y luffy being a combo oriented deck won't withstand the pressure very well. The only difference is betty gives that 3k to 3 things, where sabo only gives 2k to one, so it's a bit more defensive but with rushing down and playing things on the field for free potentially, it can quickly work around opponents if needed.

You mention the meta moving away from removal with the ban of sakazuki but RP law is just better with removal so i would argue removal will be more prevelant than ever before.

I‘m playing Lucci for OP07 and it does phenomenal against RP Law.

Lucci is easy s tier literally most of my flagship here is half lucci and the other half rp law, enel is super easy to counter now.

Haha everyone is sleeping on Sabo. If you're clever with it I think it can easily compete. I beat Gekko, Enel, B/Y Luffy, and Yamato pretty consistently. Only struggle I really have is purple Luffy. Two fast. Great video, love your stuff!

I playing Katakuri and going against RP Law, BY Luffy and Moria feels miserable, some how I got an easier time playing RY Sabo against them, still losing though

I’ve been having some good success with EB01 Oden. To me he feels better than RP Luffy. At least at the same level.

From my testing I think Lucci is top 2 tbh I think it’s MU into RP Law is 50/50, Lucci keeps Laws board clear since he can clear wide and forces Don minus turns. Also being a 5 life leader helps a bit with the K&K aggression and by the time we get to late game they can’t really do much about back to back Moria. Enel MU for Lucci is free, BY Luffy MU is probably Lucci’s only loosing MU. L BY Luffy I feel looses to Law, looses to Enel, wins into Lucci/Moria looses to Bonney. I’d probably say something like RP Law, Lucci, BY Luffy, Moria, Enel…

RP Law makes Nami unplayable. It was a bad deck before, but it's unplayable now. Nami is such an easy deck to beat. People just don't seem to understand how. If they have don open just swing 7k, go wide with 7k swings.

I know 07 isn't out yet but as a Moria main I've never lost to Enel so idk but the way Bandai glazes the braindead yellow players is def interesting with the new luffy adding a bit more control and the ace for yet another addition to their life tech. Almost like yellow has become the next training wheels after saka lmao meta slaves incoming

I’m surprised Blue Nami is so high that deck is just giga buns against a lot of decks and it loses to ALOT of the C tier decks just for its aggression lmao. Also RP Law is ok imo it has aggressive tools but it didn’t get anything in OP07 really making the deck better tbch. GP Doffy just takes a MONSTER dump on that deck unless the law player has a nutty hand. Bonny also does well against it since it struggles to get rid of the 6 drop Hawkins. I think OP07 has a lot of decks in the event toppers I even think Purple Yellow croc is a really good solid deck “Oh Come My Way” is broken as hell tbch so idk I think this tier list def needs work everything from event toppers and up is probably just correct cause they’re just gonna see play by the fan base but other than that there’s definitely other things wrong.

Rebecca as an F Tier deck is actually a horrible take.

Putting Rp uta into F is straight up just Uta hate and no good take. I won several Tournaments with her, several. Also against leaders like BYLuffy, Katakuris, Namis, Rp Laws and Morias, Yamatos or Newgates. You just have to build an good deck with her, an deck around her Leader Ability and Boarddestruction. Putting her into F tier is just straight up Bullshit and Hate.

The only thing i disagree is Enel, I think it should be first it's the best deck in OP7, unless S tier list is randomly placed!
