As an American descendant of Irish immigrants, our perception of Irish history is basically "smol country is broke, people somehow think we are a threat to white people, alcoholism, and st paddy's day". I started actually learning history from my family, learned a helluvalot about my own family's history, but what I learned from school was pretty bad.

@@donutaupoulpe3495 the tictac video gained a fair amount of views (i'm not sure of the lore that created that video or the lore of callum before then) a big uk youtuber called willne had a series where he would talk about and react to videos or events on the internet over the last week, callum's video was one of those videos. callum made a response video then there was a bit of back and forth and then seemingly out of nowhere afghan dan made that song and will made an appearance in the video dancing. afghan dan came from a channel called bgmedia but that's a whole other can of worms which is way too long to explain in a reply.

@@Galilupottepeakso it was a psychological experiment where they got people to act like prison guards and prisoners but they actually had no sort of power or lack of power at all and they were just normal people but after a few weeks they had to cancel it because it went too far when people started to become more involved in their roles like im pretty sure the prison guards tortured the prisoners and the prisoners just let it happen thinking they had no power it was a mess really but i suggest that u look into it, i definitely didnt explain it very well hahaha
