Chief not taking the hat trick, the playoff handshake line, the passing of the cup, or playoff beards left me stunned, bewildered, and heartbroken. First no Josie and now this?
Jack Mac with one of the biggest landslide victories in draft history. the old school chicago guys gottaaa put more effort in their jobs or they are smoked unfortunately
@@connorleary3080they've honest to God got some of the best content, at least to me, but nobody consumes it and I can't figure it out. Like when Carl (rip) was doing Da Bars I fucking loved it but it would only get 2-3k views at the most..I never understood why my guys don't get the love they deserve.
As a rugby fan I appreciate Chief picking the haka. The new zealand vs france game around 2006 where france stared down the haka was actually the 2007 world cup quarter-final. New Zealand didn't kick their ass. France won 20-18 in one of the biggest upsets ever.
Classic WSD having no idea what he’s talking about. VT beat OSU at the shoe. Next year they came to Lane and stomped us. That was my first ever home VT game. Sandman was deafening. Absolute chills. Even the OSU fans were going nuts. And Lane never doesn’t sell out or get to like 90% capacity. Even when we stink.
1:33:21 “They’ve probably been doing that since they were the Pilots.” Yes, Dave. I’m sure people in Seattle were really celebrating racing sausages. They loved it so much that they didn’t miss them at all when they moved or 8 years later when the Mariners came into the league.
Great pick on the Blackhawks Anthem, but it goes back to the mid 80s when the Oilers booed the US anthem during a playoff series. The Hawks fans responded by cheering the anthem when the series went back to Chicago. Unfortunately Edmonton won that series though because they had Gretzky.
Leo! CBJ has Leo that sings the National Anthem every game. CBJ also has a vet present for the anthem every game. People walk around with Leo shirts. He’s massive in Columbus.
This was a fail for the Chicago guys, Super Bowl Sunday is a tradition. If it isn’t a tradition then neither is Christmas! Biggest sporting event held on the same time of the year, most viewers!
WSD: "The Iowa wave is the best tradition in college football". 5 minutes later, WSD: "The Wisconsin Jump around is the best tradition in college football"
Some of my fondest memories as a child being from Milwaukee is betting with my dad on the Sausage Race. Insanely great pick. Also, have the boys ever thought of doing a live snake draft? Have the chat open for debates especially for shitty picks like Rico Bosco’s?
Sausage race? Nope. Not a tradition. It’s a gimmick. The War Eagle is an actual tradition. Most of these picks aren’t traditions. They are random stuff.
The Madden MVP Turkey legs.... Octopus on the ice.... Hats on the ice for a hat trick... Cutting the basketball net after winning the championship... Red Sox Sweet Caroline
The Super Bowl is a tradition. It’s same as the Masters, which is coined, “a tradition unlike any other.” I will take Jim Nantz understanding of what a sports tradition is over some bozo named White Sox Dave.
1. Tiger Sunday Red 2. Don’t touch the Prince of Wales/Clarence Campbell Trophy 3. The Masters doesn’t start until the back nine on Sunday 4. Cup snake at Wrigley 5. Play Like A Champion Today sign Worst tradition that needs to end: Sweet Caroline at Fenway
Thank you for the Virginia Tech love, we'll be good again soon. VT beat Ohio State in Columbus, not in Blacksburg, we also don't ever have Sandman to half full stadiums, it's always a sellout, even when we stink.
Liverpool & Everton is nowhere near the rivalry suggested at here, there aren’t different groups of people that support one or the other and very far from political, it’s actually a city where the vast majority of families have both Liverpool and Everton fans, the only exceptions being areas directly around the stadiums. There are dozens of bigger rivalries in the UK.
Can confirm the Packers stole it from Wisconsin and even as a Packers and Badgers fan I hate that the Packers do it. Should keep it singular to the Badgers.
