Sir DWJ, have you thought about tinkering with a fully booked helicath? seems like a lot of people (including me ) got unlucky with the books and that -1 shield CD is really fucking things up lol, maybe you can come up with a way to actually properly run that too?
Great video. Agree with the ranking. I personally use a WarmBat comp. Maneater, Warcaster, Seeker, 2 dps. It works great for me. So if you're someone who is "stuck" with a Warcaster DO NOT BE AFRAID TO BUILD HIM. I can do UNM, NM, and Brutal with the same team. It was an absolutely easy 2 key from the start for UNM as well. You barely glossed over Helicath's most important positive. It's that he makes your clan boss runs take less time. The clan boss takes too much time and is so annoying, so that is why he is the best by far!
@@robbie6625 He allows you to run 3-4 1:1 DPS champs. Fewer turns, more damage, instead of having to rely on 2:1 or 3:1 comps to push out the big numbers, which takes significantly longer to get through all 50 Clan Boss turns.

I'm actually more intrigued to see what Helicath can do in other content. This is because I currently have a Demytha team running that sometimes 1 keys UNM CB. I hope to rebuild to a guaranteed 1 Key. (Different speed tune and sub 1 champ)
I'm currently using a Mythbuster team with Dracomorph in place of Turvold. I have a little bit less endgame gear so the damage is great but not mind-blowing. I would consider switching to a Helicath team if it can do the same or more damage in less time!
Hi dwj, i use warcaster , renegade ,ninja taurus ,seeker . Renegade no masterys . Ninja relentless set its constant 1 key team no problems , i love the team taurus brings weaken ninja def down , absolutly lovely (5.2k attack 235 crit relentless ninja ) . Only void , fair enough , but i take that . Love you dwj!!!
I'm so close to finishing my Myth Heir team, but I don't think it was a mistake. Running Helicath as a solo unkillable champ would be great for the reasons you listed, but where I'm really struggling right now is dungeons, because I've spent the last many months constantly improving my Clan Boss teams (with a little bit of overlap with dungeon teams). I think Helicath will be an amazing dungeon support for me so I think I'll use him there instead.
Had to fully book to get the cooldown on Warcaster. Took some months to grind for them and failing to land each was demotivating to a point it led to a prolonged break after, never actual finishing the team. lol that book rng can be brutal, but might finally build up renegade and complete first unkillable.
i'd love to see a helicath+sepulcher+godseeker team. sepulchre blocking the affinity debuff + the stun and giving the increase defence before helicaths shield to increase the value and godseeker extending the shield and sepulchers buffs to last for both the 2nd aoe and the stun. someone else did a similar comp but i cant find it anymore. otherwise great video(s), keep it up
I'd have to disagree and in so swap Maneater and Tower. Building a Tower based team is easy and can be made full unkillable with a number of champions, one of which I believe can even be farmed or is at least a rare so easier to get and book. I finally got a Maneater on my main - but have been unable to utilize it due to the combination of speed requirements while being able to also heal the 25% he loses from 5 champions being up using that skill, while also needing someone that alters cooldowns otherwise that can throw off other champions. And Tower is no slouch in damage either. It'd be better if both attacks did damage based on HP given he's supposed to be an HP champ, but still good. There's a bit more room for utility not needing more specific champions and all - which I'd say overall ease of making teams is greater value than personal damage. Helicath though is the clear number 1 as long as Plarium don't decide to start a riot by changing him. Be nice to finally have an unkillable option for my alt and even more freedom to experiment on my main - as well as an option that will make creating an affinity friendly team way easier.
New player. Loved the video. Noob questions: 1) Would Running a Warcaster with Helicath make for a more newbie friendly unkillable? 2) Why turn off the A2 on Warcaster? Wouldn’t it still be good for damage?
The A2 is shut off on Warcaster so that he doesn't place the block debuffs and potentially prevent a useful debuff from being placed if the 10 debuff limit is reached.
I'm a free to layer and I pulled Demytha durging the summon rush (Also Pulled Kyoku, insane luck). I will fuse Helicath so I don't know if I should build her or not and if so, to do what where. Any advices would be grat, thank you very much :D
Hey @DeadwoodJedi , I was actually preparing to build the budget maneater team since i finally got PK but then Hellcat shows up out of nowhere and now i need a new team. i was thinking about starting with him and Maneater, but what else should i bring to the table? i have some nice champions to pair them with like Fahrakin, Septimus,Seeker,Bad El, Rhazin, Belanor and pretty much all other poisoners in the game except the lego ones, so can you help me ? Currently I can only 2 key Nightmare, want to finally push for Ultra Nightmare now.
Great list. I would definitely put Maneater as number 1 though because he is so much easier for new players to figure out and get the speeds (easier, not easy). The ME/PK team is the starter team that moves people into UNM. The double ME is the easiest clan boss team for people in the midgame and transitions so well into bateater once you finally get the gear with the speeds required (by which point you are in the endgame in my opinion). The block debuffs skill alone puts him over all the others in my opinion because that is a tough fill for people to figure out. I would say though that claiming unkillable let's you get 2 key.. well maybe 3 key... isn't accurate. It gives you 4 key. I've watched a lot of content creators on f2p accounts and they almost universally start out at 4 keys on unkillable teams and struggle up to 3 key on all affinities. 2 key without very specific champs is really tough if you aren't on a team with insane speed requirements. 270, 280, 290 is what a lot of people have their fastest champ on their account at for a long time.
I strongly disagree because I told a man eater within the first three weeks of playing this game. Ever since, I am unable to pull a pain keeper even after buying void shards. LOL I have everyone else except for her
I have all of the champs mentioned ... but haven’t used HeliCath yet! Just booked him. 🤩 imo Demytha was the easiest to run and I have very average gear. I run the MythHeir comp and I thought that comp was much easier to build out speed/gear and setup wise than the double Maneater comp I used. I do about 55 million on UNM so it’s an easy 2 key. And a simple 2 round set up.

Demytha has my fastest gear of all my characters because getting these rewards daily is critical so it’s a sacrifice I make. Demytha: 285 Heiress: 245 Deacon: 196 Seeker: 169 Aothar: 155 If those are “extreme” then you probably should be farming gear. lol Chances of someone having those characters and not the those speeds are pretty slim imo.
@@grizzledsentinel4691 … to further make my point Demytha has 6 pieces of speed gear. 1 (the helm) is a triple roll and the others are all double rolls. The rest comes from glyphs. I don’t think that’s is extreme at all. And when I I say glyphs … they add 12 speed over 5 pieces. My glyphs are as average as my gear. 😂 4/2/3/2/1 for glyph speeds. 🤣
I have a helicath, once you have him and the books, it's automatic full 50 turns. I have 4 damage dealers and doing 2 key in unm. I have crappy gear but i'm near 1 key. I just got brogni and lanakis fully booked so i'm just waiting for a krisk to replace my helicath team.
can you make a helicath seeker comp with ninja? im assuming you need a clense or block debufs. trying to but i suck with the calculator:( i do have cardiel for that job like the caridel seeker eater comp
You can do a Batman forever comp. Seeker, Roshcard, demytha, ninja and a stun target. I use jintoro as my def down, weaken stun target. You could easily put Helicath in place of demytha or Roshcard
Ok guys I finally fused Helicath! Now I'd really like some help in deciding what team to build. I also have Maneater and Tower, so I was thinking of going with: a) just Helicath and try to survive the Stun with his shield and using Sepulcher/Tatura for the block debuffs and increase DEF. b) make a variation of the ManTower and just stay unkillable also during the stun and using Maneater for block debuffs. Either way I'd have 3 dps, but I don't know which option is easier to build and does more dmg. Also my dmg options are quite limited to just poisons, so maybe I need to ask for suggestions on which champions to build because I only have: Dracomorph, Occult Brawler, Fayne, Anax and Frozen Banshee. I'd really love to use Ninja, but speed tuning him is a nightmare!
Man, I have 14 void shards I am waiting to pull, and I am just praying for a Demytha. My clan boss team really needs some love, and I have a 6* awakening stone for my Heiress. It would such a game changer for me.
@@Sarvesh_C I don't have one. If I did have her I'd use Doompriest. As of now I do the "fast Skullcrusher" one where Skullcrusher will take another turn because he still takes the stun. Takes more SPD but did it without a cleanser.
@@thegreathammer I don't have a doompriest either and I use the slow tower skullcrusher with reliquary tender as the cleanse. How do you manage affinities with your team??
I was looking at a team with skull crusher or duedan. Using frozen banshee, warcaster, painkeeper, and demytha. I was wondering if this would be a decent build or if I need major tuning

This video is so sad for me... I have two Sir Nicks... Two Maneaters... Two Demythas... ... and Helicath... ... I have tried for hours using Deadwood's site and cannot figure out how to get an Unkillable right... ... I gave up but I can still consistently three key UNM with an old fashioned style team... better than nothing I guess...
My friend says with counter attack and an ally with a block damage buff, Hellcat actually counter attacks twice! is this true? he was out of keys so I couldn't see for myself.
Demytha's rank far above Maneater, for 1 reason, he is a unicorn and unless you are extremely lucky you won't get him, nvm 2 of him. While D is a epic you can get from any ancient shard Few months short of playing since launch, at way to many hours/day and have never seen him
hello master, could you help me please, I have roshcard, demitha with books but I don't know what speeds I should use, I have tried to use your calculator but I can't understand it. please help me with the speeds.
I had to watch his speed tune videos and calculator tutorials to fully understand it. Once you understand the premise of the calculators it’s not too hard to speed tune. Just pick a comp and mimic the speeds (try to get within +/- 5 on his speeds) he suggests. Once you plug your speeds in you’ll get a handle on it.

How many books do you need for this champion? JUST 2!!! for this final skill only. *proceeds to put books into champion getting every single OTHER ability with the final 2 books being the 3rd skills cooldown.....* god i hate this.
