I love that they disliked the gym shirt because they don’t get what peanut butter has to do with it but they both were saying how they put PB in the shakes and that they have protein something everyone uses after a workout
When my Dad was going through radiation, he bought a ton of silly shirts from the thrift stores, worth cheesy sayings or irrelevant things, like a marathon shirt in a 3X, and he was not an athlete. He would have loved the first shirt
I love that! I have found some of the funniest shirts thrifting 😂 Is there a reason he got his silly shirts during radiation? I don’t know much about it. Was it to brighten his day, or something medical? Thank you for sharing, and I hope all is well! 😊
I'm from Denmark. 'Slut' has has been used for decades. Every old danish movie end with that. There isn't any other word used if the movie wanna say 'the end'. So it would be really weird if it wasn't translated to 'slut'.
Swedish and agreed. Can't think of any other way you would end it. Directly translating to "slutet" would be very grammatically strange. Don't know what the other alternative would be?
@@TovaHolmberger The Phineas and Ferb guy google translated it and got "slutet," so that's the only alternative I saw. Makes sense to use "slut" if that's what's grammatically correct lol
@@TovaHolmberger Yeah, I agree, "slut" is the only proper way of saying it, "slutet" just makes no sense. I could see it as a "slutet gott, allting gott" sorta thing that they'd use for a fairytale, but not on its own.
2:37. A peanut butter breathalyzer? One can smell PB from very far. The cop probably says "This car smells like...peanut butter!!!" And you must immediately submit to a "field peanut butter" test.
The cartoonist Rhett mentioned is Dan Povenmire. He's been involved with everything from Rocko's Modern Life to Family Guy, but is most popular for Phineas and Ferb.
19:34 I was watching an old episode of Chopped, and the theme was grilling over live fire. One of the chefs was relating a story about his dad, and how grilling takes him back to childhood, and “cooking animals in the backyard, with my dad.” That is just the weirdest way to say that. I know he meant goats, deer, lamb, and whatnot, but my brain went immediately to dogs and cats…so did everyone else I showed it to.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I once drew a cartoon of mermaids talking about what they wanted for lunch. One said "I could go for peanutbutter & jellyfish sandwich". I don't remember what all the others said, but I know one wanted crab cake.
Lol. I don’t think Rhett understood the premise of the game Link was trying to play. “Try to guess what it says” not “read what it says while I pull the shirt up” 😂😂😂
as a swede I can inform you that Swedish movies always had that ending. the way English movies say "The end" our movies say "Slut" so it's not just that movie. To us it makes perfect sense and it's pronounced differently. More like 'sloot'. ^^ "slut" simply means ending and 'sluta' means 'to stop' 👍
I just like to see how people view tiktok shop and tiktok lives now, having been on the other end of it all as a live seller and marketer. I can never watch them the same again, ever since they let us in behind the scenes. They know what they're doing with the shoppertainment thing.
