And the REST of your BOSTON-N-N-N CELTICS-S-S--S-S!! 🍀 Seriously though, you young people should document the rest of this series, and write about it, as prolifically as you can, Why? Because of the fact that in almost 45 years of Celtics fandom, I've never witnessed such hatred for them, especially from the press. To somebody my age, after so many seasons, the reason 'why' is clear, just by the way that the narrative is so far away from the truth, it actually exposes it - THE ENTIRE LEAGUE is scared TO DEATH of the BOSTON CELTICS! And what REALLY makes them sick? - They know...that IT'S GONNA BE THAT WAY FOR YEARS BABY!!!!! ABCD, what's that mean?!? A Boston Celtics Dynasty (has finally ARRIVED)!!!!!

Being less of a fan when you become a reporter makes sense. Its involuntary. Similarly i cant enjoy games as a fan once i worked in the game industry. You end up analyzing the game even when playing. Reporters on certain beats must have it worse...

That's wild to me that people are legitimately worried about fans "being too hard and offensive" on a performer. Have we gotten that soft as a society? WHATEVER IT TAKES TO WIN Maybe it's different cuz I've been a Celtics fan for over 30 years and got a LOT of shit for being one where I live. Obv it's different if you're a reporter

You're okay with fans trying to physically hurt a player? That's what they are talking about going too far, throwing things...etc. or racial slurs...things that go beyond sports. But evidently you're okay with that? Yeah for a damn game, I'm not. I'm a fan...but a human being first. I guess that's bad.

Called this all season check the comments the Celtics are unstoppable our starting 5 all can handle the ball and shoot we basically have 5 point guards on the floor. But Kyrie and Luca are a problem.

IMO, my top 3 NBA Finals storylines in order from top to bottom, assuming Dallas wins the WCF, would be like this. 1. JT vs. Luka 2. KP vs. Dallas 3. Mavs Kyrie vs. Boston The reason why I put Mavs Kyrie at #3 is because Kyrie was obviously much more hated in Boston while he played with the Brooklyn. Yeah, he may still be hated in Boston right now, but I think he's a bit less hated nowadays, now that he's on a West team. Other than that, if Dallas wins, then I'm definitely looking forward towards our Celtics matching up with the Mavs overall on the court. Hopefully we'll finish our story & put the cherry on top by becoming the first team in NBA history to win 18 NBA championships 🙏. #FTTF4LIFE #BleedCelticGreen ☘️💚🏀 #ItsAllAbout18 🏆 #AllInCeltics #BostonFam ♾️

May still be hated? I'm taking my Kyrie hate to the grave. Actually no, I'm putting it in my will, passing it on to my children. He completely sold a playoff series and then ditched a team he said he wanted to re sign for the moment his buddy said he wanted to play in Brooklyn. Then has the audacity to come back to Boston and stomp on the logo as if we ran him out of town, which is absurd. The whole city was behind him from the jump and he threw that appreciation in the trash. You suck Kyrie.

Celtics cannot be defended the way the Mavs have defended everyone else all post season. There's no one in the rotation they can reasonably decide to just ignore on defense to let someone roam. Gobert and Giddey minutes were so bad for those offenses because those players deserve zero respect spacing the floor. Celtics in 5.

I'm from Mass, but have lived in Southern Cali for the past 20 years, so the Boston psychosis has worn off a bit. What Noa said is spot on - when the fans chant F-Kyrie, I feel embarrassed. I will say it here or on forums, definitely, but in a crowd at a game with kids a bunch of drunks blasting that just makes me shake my head.
