I HATE that Metal Lust is limited edition; I actually hate the concept of limited edition, period. I can’t find it anywhere, and it is exactly the kind of quad that should be made permanent. Come on! Why make the best products the ones that are only available for a very short period of time?

It's great advertising and gives the companies a quick windfall at times when most consumers will be shopping. They know that their Limited Edition products will sell out and don't have to worry about excess stock. Also, many people love the exclusivity of owning these items and purchase for the rarity and not for usage like most.

Beautiful ranking Morgan!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩 I love or don't love TF quads, it's really looking which are good, and watching RU-vid here helps a lot with that!!! Further, not every quad is available here in The Netherlands/Europe. But his latest quads i love, well i don't have Metal Lust, it's impossible i think, but love his new quads!!! My forever nr. 1 is still Cocoa Mirage, i really hope he brings that one back!!! Further, i love Suspicion, First Frost, Honeymoon a lot!!! I also like Nude Dip and Virgin Orchid, these are a bit more cool toned. Must say i only love his wet/dry formula quads and his latest quads. Well, one exception: Pretty Baby, i'm willing to re-apply that special shade with the PMG Intensifeyes or even with glitter glue for for effect, i hope he makes a Pretty Baby 2.0 in his new quality, wow!!! Unfortunately Metal lust is not available in Europe as many other palettes. I picked up Tiger Eye and Smokey Quartz and I love them. My all time favourites are Solei et Lune, Solei Naige, First Frost, Suspicion and Nude Dip.

My all-time favorites are Matallust, Tiger Eye, De la Crème, & Suspicion….the formulas are wonderful on ALL, plus those shades work best w/my undertone & eye color. Really wish I could wear some of the GORGEOUS blue shades & they’re beautiful on others but unfortunately, have to admire them from afar.😊

I don’t know if you photograph all the looks you do but I would love to see videos like this where you show us a photo of the look you created in the past with each pallet, I’m so visual. I haven’t tried tom ford and I won’t until he gets better quality. I so don’t mind paying for great shadows I spend a ton on Premium brands however this one seems subpar with the shadow and the cost is ridiculous for lack of pigment or patchy shadows. Hoping he fixes his shadow formula soon and when he does I’ll try them. Still love seeing your reviews because I know you’ll tell us the truth.

It’s amazing to me that luxury brands like TF, Dior, and Gucci have quality inconsistencies with their eyeshadow formulas. It’s like Natasha Denona and her blush formula. Find a great one and stick with it!

47 TF eyeshadow quads to date and counting (slowed down quite a bit actually). I have some that don't work and watch videos with the hope of making them work. I've watched 2 videos where they made Bad*ss work with minimal effort and it was gorgeous. I've worn it at functions with many compliments. I too wasn't that impressed wirh Starry Eye until I swatched the sparkly shade. On top of that Blue? My goodness, makes my heart race everytime. Arabesque I gave to my sister who loves barely there makeup. The two sparkly shades in Golden Mink on top of Spice and Pink Haze = Naked Bronze and Golden Peach etc...

Yes! I think pretty baby is one of the most stunning ones and I actually do remember how great it looked on Morgan too. Maybe that once in her mom's collection? I also thought it was a lot more helpful and informative when you included the pictures of the looks you created on your eyes. Probably takes a lot more time to edit but just adding a comment that they are appreciated when they are included too 👍

I haven't bought a TF quad yet because even though I don't mind dropping $ on eyeshadow, I feel like PM Mothership palettes are a better value and more exciting to look at. I'm almost done with my mothership collection and I couldn't be happier with them! Even the Patrick Ta eyeshadow palette is cheaper than a TF quad and really good formula imo.

Where Tom Ford excels is texture. I am an expensive eyeshadow Stan but my eye texture can make some difficult even PMG. Tom Ford blends itself no matter what

When Tom Ford gets it right, the ethereal to strong stunning eye looks one puts together in 2mins, would take Patrick Ta's eyeshadows 20mins to attempt to achieve. It's why I'm glad I can see the reviews to know which to go for, or avoid.

I got Arabesque on the Saks 5th Ave website I think I paid $39 others. And it was still $39 too much.. It is so patchy and awful and I thank God that I knew what I was getting into beforehand and. I also lucked out and got double indemnity at the same site for $45. So it wasn't a total loss.

So you've got to do is say mom i am missing so badly this palette or that palette and we've gotta keep it safe so you're going to have to come and bring it. Why not come for the week? Lol... I just know your mother your AMAZING MOTHER would jump on it. It is really something to still have your parents. I wouldn't know what it's like I only had my mom and last her as soon as I turned 16. I only have one TF Quad (Pretty Baby) and it’s pretty but not $89 pretty 😹 - I got it for 20% off about 2 years ago and haven’t picked up another TF quad since - I think if I had more disposable income I might be more interested in them 🤷🏼‍♀️ - I have to admit that the soleil neige quad looks really pretty! 💖

I wish the TF quads were more dependable, like PM. The quality of the PM mothership palettes are perfection, you might not like the colour story but you know the shadows are going to perform. Unlike the TF quads, which is a game of hit or miss. Then, just one YT'r says the quad is excellent and boom, they're all sold out and you can't get your hands on one 😡 I'm happy with the palettes I have but getting them hasn't been without a certain level of stress! Also, I'd love TF to produce larger palettes, maybe a 6 or 8 pan, if only once or twice a year. Why the continuous quad format? This was great, thank you Morgan 😊 Love you, 💗

I would think that after viewing all these palettes that Tom Ford Beauty, along with the outrageous pricing, would have developed a consistent formula that performs each and every time. During my decades of make-up usage, I have never had a cosmetic product fail on me - without a word of a lie! I've experienced fallout on only two eye shadows which occurred earlier this year from Chanel and Pat McGrath, that's all. Tom Ford Beauty needs to concentrate more on product development if they are to continue to charge such absurd prices.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a palette than the sous sable Tom Ford. It was my first and it will be my last. Never again. What a waste of money. So many other palettes I have are much better. Just not worth it. I agree with you Morgan “Save your coins!”

I don't understand the limitations of why certain beautiful palettes like METAL LUST are meant for some markets only. I live in Asia and recently I got the metal lust in my basket but I couldn't purchase it... cos Tom Ford site only accepts applied credit cards from a US and/Canada bank accounts. They don't accept PayPal or international credit cards. 🤯🤯🤯 what?! After stalking for this palette for so long, and I hit into a wall with this payment limitation?! 😡😡😡😭😭😭 not that it is cheap, it's definitely overpriced. Speechless! I saved my coins

Not gonna lie, but all the palettes in the thumb nail look exactly alike lol. TF needs to take better pics of the palettes

for me Tom Ford is way to expensive. I don’t see the point paying that much für 4 colors.

I just can't hang with Tom Ford (yet?) I saw your thumbnail picture and all his palettes are so similar. I find them to be so boring and lackluster, for the price. Maybe some day, I'll fork 50% for 1 (because I hear the quality is pretty good, when it IS good), but I definitely can't see myself getting one for the full price. EVER.
