Alright so, a lot of people are saying that Freak is Leigh Anne & other that it is indeed Jesy... Tho I still hear Jesy, I guess we won't know for sure until they sing it live or something okay?

I think Jesy gets the first solos because her voice is capturing and unique. They all have relatively equal solos anyway so it's all good. Queens

The reason why Leigh Anne doesn't sing first verses is because in most songs she's the one carrying the chorus, that's the same reason why Jesy is the one singing first verses, because on most choruses she sings harmony only

Wow, Jesy starts in a lot more songs than I thought. I thought she sang a lot more second verses lol.

Most of the songs start with low notes thus Jesy and Jade get to sing first. Perrie and Leigh-Anne are the ones carrying high notes which most of the time done in Chorus and Bridge parts.

I would've counted Leigh as the first for How Ya Doin, Going Nowhere, and Hair tbh

Everyone has to realize that Leigh may not start as many songs, however her crisp, clear vocals are essentially the template to all of their harmonies. This is why you usually hear her voice so clear in most of their choruses. Producers adore voices like hers. She may not have the most powerful vibrato or acrobatic vocals, but her voice is very effective in a group. Her voice is essentially the glue for the harmonization, because it's not fussy.

I love all the pictures you used here as the cover for each songs.. I know jesy and jade tend to start the songs more cause perrie and leigh usually carries more of the high note or the chorus.. they all have equal parts on their songs and that's one of the reasons why I love them so much. They tend to have a formula for alot of songs..... say for instance Jesy will sing the first verse...then Jade will sing the first chorus, and then Perrie will sing the second verse and then Leigh Anne will sing the second chorus....it's Happened on Love Me Like You, Grown, Shout out to my Ex, Salute and a bunch other songs...another formula they tend to use, all 4 girls sing a line of each verse then they all sing on the chorus ex: Hair , but you did an awesome job measuring it out, and also, every one of these pics for the songs would make amazing single covers. !

also: just cause you're not singing first doesn't mean you're less important in fact it's Perrie and Leigh who have the most highnotes after all :)

I knew for a fact jesy was going to rank first. Jesy for me is my favourite vocal her voice is so unique and beautiful ❤️and perrie ties with her aswell both of theirs voices are just so good they make me melt and give me goosebumps, what I love about perrie was when I first saw her on xfactor I was shocked when I heard her voice because it was so husky and raw which was totally unexpected.

I always thought it was Jade. But then again you dont really usually count beginning adlibs as 1st. Like in How Ya Doin, technically its Leigh but True! DAMN Jesy, I never noticed how many songs she led

I really wanted to know this as well cause one of my friends was saying that Perrie or Jade starts most of their songs. All that matters to me is that they each get solos to showcase their vocals. It doesn't matter who sings first or last, I love them all equally.

Songs usually starts mild or soft. Jade and Jessy has soft tone compared to Perrie and Leigh-anne so they are easy choice to start a song, Perrie and Leigh-anne sings after each other of their song because their voices closely compliments each other and they sing the latter parts of the song because songs progress from soft/mild to powerful and they got power in their voices compared to the aforementioned members. Of course if the song is powerful such as 'Power' it will really be different.

Jesy , because most of the intro of their songs are low notes and jesy have unique killer voice,mostly if it is low notes....

people need to stop freaking out lol. whoever sings first doesn't determine who's the most talented. they are all hella talented in their own unique ways, if you really look closely you can see that they all have different styles in singing, and that's what makes them an AMAZING girl group. they can't function well if one member is missing, because they need each other to become a really talented musical group, and this helps them build a really good friendship as well. i love little mix and yes, i can say that i have a fav out of the four, and that's jade. but it doesn't mean that jade is the best out of them four, i just really like her style of singing. anyways, little mix and their friendship mean so much to me so y'all should stop making this a "who's better" competition, because even the girls hate it when they hear something like that. leigh doesn't think she's at the bottom of the group. jade, perrie, and jesy don't think that either. they all help each other become a really strong person and maybe that's why everyone sees the chemistry between the four of them- the constant support that they are giving each other is unbelievable. they love each other, and they don't think one is better than the other. mixers should be like that, too.

It actually depends on the song because if it starts on a low note then the first singer would be Jesy or Jade but if it's on a high note it's Perrie and Leigh-Anne

Jade and Jesy are good at the low notes and their voices are able to capture people with their uniqueness, Leigh has a quite high voice which is more commonly used in the bridge / chorus (she also does quite a lot of faster singing as well), and Perrie has a very powerful voice which is typically used in the Chorus as well (however for some songs the verses may require a powerful voice ex. Power and Black Magic).

Well it doesn't matter who first sing. For me Jesy's voice is Angelic cause it's so sweet, Jade's is the Nice one cause she can fits all the girls' part, Perrie is the strongest, and Leigh is the loudest and she can bring the emotion perfectly (that's why she always got the last part, I always lifted up whenever she screams). LOVE LITTLE MIX!!!!!!! They were born to meet each others!

Can you please update this since they have released more songs since this video was released as well as your fifth harmony and 5sos one. and can you do this for other bands like Jonas Brothers, Big Time Rush and Backstreat Boys etc

"Salute" is the only LM album where Perrie doesn't sing first.

Jesy's voice is alluring,distinct and can be very seductive. The type of voice that pulls you in to keep listening until you're completely obsessed with them. Basically...ITS A TRAP GUYS. (I've fallen in it a long time ago) 😂😂😂 Petrie has a powerful voice so she carries a lot of the high notes. Jade's has incredible high notes and low notes(Extremely seductive as well) Leigh-Anne has a upbeat energetic voice . So basically they work as a team. It doesn't matter who gets to sing first more, but what matters is producing a song that is distributed equally to the group according to their strengths.

Jesi in little mix was like Camila Cabello in fifth harmony, their voices stand out the most out of the group cuz they're unique, that's why they tend to sing the most or start the songs. Jesy was my favorite in little mix and Camila will always be my favorite in Fifth Harmony. ❤

I was talking about this yesterday. Leann pretty much never sings first because she usually does the big notes at the end. But I've noticed a good bit always have the same order. Jade and Lee usually never sing verses together.

Honesty, Jesy's voice is perfect for starting a song as it is soft and low, Perrie's voice is perfect for high notes and the endings of the songs, while both Jade and Leigh-Anne hold the complete song together.... So each one gets equal parts and the place in the song for a reason.

i think the reason why leigh's voice isn't usually first is because it's quite angelic and soft and perrie's is very strong and powerful. jesy's voice is quite unique, her vibratos come naturally.
