Extremely underrated Video. It deserves huge applause. Lost for words. The Pictures and the Music form a relationship that does not speak of this world.
Wonderful video. Also, thank you for giving credit to the guide. Most videos don't even mention them, but they deserve so much credit and praise in all such treks.
Shandaar track , aapne esi landscapes ko explore kiya hai jahan koi asani se nahi ja sakta. Apka video dekhker harkoi inspire hoga nature ko explore karne ke liye. Thanx for uploading such a nice content.
I travel the place of shiva as kedarnath, madmaheshwer, tungnath, kalpeshver. But from this route the look is superb and loveable. We never seen like this place next time if we go we will try this. If you have the guide contact no plz share with us. We will contact with him. Once again by the blessings of God shiva you got the most beautiful journey. God bless you.
I had visited the same way in the year 2008. But I had taken left turn with Kaliganga. And reached Bahujatiya pass then crossed Vishali Kol and descended to Kedarnath. Old memory but felt nostalgic seeing these photos.
I have to absolutely agree with @Anweshan Ray. Whatta video! Subscribed to your channel right away! Btw, would you mind if i hop on with you on your next trek? I have a thing for treks, mountains, and high altitude.
Hi Dhananjay.. glad u liked the video :) although i dont have any trek plans as of now it would be great if you can join us.. we can stay in touch via email. mine is sriram.iyer0988@gmail.com
Thanks Sriram. typically how much like this would cost assuming a family of 4-5 does it? say 2-3 adults, 2-3 kids between 11-15 yrs..Also while the distance is long and definitely remote - is this plain walking - more of endurance and ability to withstand altitudes or does it have some scary moments like walking on less one foot ledges with steep falls..etc. Just checking coz my family and I can walk 5-6 hours a day - say gradually gaining 500-700 mts in vertical height - say like Chopta Tungnath types
I ask coz i have seen ur other videos like Kanamo and its obvious you are the fit, kind of pro trekker types......we are just typical unfit, overweight urban types who visit himalayas every year....but even with our fitness we are able to do Kudremukh or Chopta Tungnath or deoria Tal or Vof.hemkind sahib - I just feel comfortable staying close to civilization for emergencies since i take my kids along :) last month i was in kedarnath and my kid had some deep breathing issues before we left Bangalore itself...still just me and kids tried going to Gandhi Sarovar - we walked for over an hour on the trail to the left of the temple....but at some point, there was a scary water crossing and there was no one around.so we turned back.
@@arnprasad Sorry for the delay.. I have not been around youtube for a while now.. for a headcount of 5 this trek will typically cost you about 20K per person.. The trek has its fair share of tricky trails.. Descent to Mandani bugyal is in a landslide zone.. and also the climb to Dwara Khal is along a very narrow trail.. and we also have few hours of glacier walk.. This is a very remote trek with no defined trails.. I guess only the local folks around Rhansi and Kedarnath would know about this trail
@@arnprasad And I am also one among the overweight urban types :P I typically prepare for 3 months prior to a trek.. Bit of trekking experience on tricky terrains comes in handy in difficult situations.. But taking a kid along changes the equation a lot..
Hi Rohit Here is what I can recollect day1 > Ransi to Sanera bugyal day2 > Sanera bugyal to Paturi day3 > Paturi to Thouli day4 > Thouli to Mandani bugyal over Dwara khal day5 > Mandani bugyal to Yeonbuk base camp day6 > Yeonbuk base camp to Mahapant sarovar over Yeonbuk khal and Vishali khal day7 > Mahapant sarovar to kedarnath over Mahapant Khal day8 > Kedarnath to Sonprayag
There was something special, a connection... good work... the photos do excite, yet dosent kills the mystery of the trek, better than many many video travelogues....
Post monsoon is ideal for this trek when snow cover is low and passes become accessible.. September last week - October first week is just about perfect :)
Who did you take as guide? I am planning to visit Mandani, but it's easy to get lost without a guide (actually, a sadhu I met close to Ransi scolded me once when I said I'd go without a guide: "mat jaa beta. bhatak jaayega."). I am looking for a guide as well as a small team, since alone will be very expensive.
