My mum always told me to just do your best (which I believe you are doing) and that whatever happens during the exam is then out of your control. This idea really helped me regarding my own insecurities around academics, which you said you have, because you can't control how hard other people work, you can only control your own input. Then, whatever happens in the exam, you can walk out knowing you did everything you possibly could without breaking yourself down in the process. Love your videos!

Our physics lecturer made us take a quizz on the stuff we did in our online lectures and told us about 4 topics we should know. He said it was "just to see how we did", but he's always been the one who grades absolutely anything and uses it for our final grades even though he's technically not allowed to. In the actual quizz though, we did nothing about what he told us but instead about what the last lecture he gave us was about. I was really frustrated that I learned so much extra stuff, but your videos have helped me to calm down, because I was honestly a bit anxious. In the end, it went well though. Thank you Paige for always being so honest and positiv and motivating!❤

Im using the same zoom account for work and to talk to family. I changed my background to a funny picture of my family during a family zoom chat, and the day after joined a work meeting with that background. Luckily I was the first one in the meeting and managed to quickly remove the background before anybody joined. Still was a stressful few seconds though haha

If you have not had your viva yet suggest you go on arkiv and read some preprints. Referencing something just released shows that you were actually interested in the subject and no just the course.
