Good content but The audio quality isn’t quite there. If you guys can improve that it would help a lot. You can here a lot of echo at times and there’s a lot of screech at the high end when they speak. Please improve this as it will make it a better experience for us the viewer .

Amazing content!!! Thank you for this show! I have learned so much and have followed these entrepreneurs on social media and learned even more. Not one word on green building materials, high efficient equipment, Passive solar, or renewable energy... We still have a long way to go. Why save your money to build a home that doesn't take advantage of the Sun (light, heat,electric, hot water,...) and uses more money to operate? Great info otherwise... and pls adjust the mic situation, maybe boom, lapels, or just tune town the gain and tune up the main. Thanks for the R&G EYL Keep Rockin...

Dhill from Seattle, I recommend that the big houses in Georgia have bigger kitchens. 500 square foot house with 10 square feet kitchen. Houses on west coast have big kitchens in New Construction

It’s hard to find black builders/developers in Texas. I recently purchased my lot, been in contact with several lenders, the issue I’m having is securing a VA construction loan. I took several deductions on my 2020/21 tax return when building the shop in my profile pic (shop sold in 2022). I was approved for conventional loan with $175k down. My builder’s contract is $800k. Price of lot is $140k. Appraised value of project is $940k. Any recommendations in getting this build done?
