Michael Jackson did have skin issues and the guy was addicted to painkillers after his scalp got burnt. Thinking skin issues and a bald patch and childhood trauma from his only family taking the piss out of his nose wouldn't get him to change his nose is not that far fetched. Dismissing mental health issues Michael and Kanye suffered/suffer is a bigger deal than is being highlighted. The whole kids thing is a different can of worms. The guy has been involved in shaping modern day Rap because of him experimenting with different genres as much as Timberland and Neptune's/Pharrell. If people knew how much he's done. They wouldn't disrespect him like he's just a littleman in this rap/hip hop scene. Also he's stayed more relevant musically than a lot of rappers thats controversially including Jay Z (Who's a better rapper than Kanye but Kanye has stayed more relevant than him in the charts)
