Web 3 royalties may be best served by escrowing funds and NFTs in tandem. ie) both funds and NFTs are escrowed and from that escrow account all payments are distributed. You then need the escrow account layer on the platform. No real big deal IMO. Of course you need terms and conditions at the NFT layer that allow for royalties. I have further insights on how this applies to real-world/online wrt real-world art. Sure Kevin does as well.
I think 100% Web3 is the future!! The biggest issue that Web3 faces is that it is filled with some many bad eggs and trying to find a good project among this is almost impossible, There are a few Projects I have come across that are doing the right thing and trying to build up a community and are interacting with there members. I think Score Milk is a good example of this core value as they have been taking it slow and building up a functional website and have shown that it works, rather then all these other projects who just try and push selling NFT's and coins.
Moonbirds have fumbled the bag again and again. Poor execution, poor communication. Nothing original, boring art, just VC money. Interested in extracting value more than adding value to holders.
