Sam and REN have said it’s a one take up to the spot of the back where the water happens due to safety. It took them 17 tries for first part.. once they hit the water section there was no going back because of his tailored suit and the water having to dry for another take. It was live… beautiful said by you guys about REN being ahead of the rap game.. he is independent and made #1 Uk charts.. is currently third for rap album in US.
Supposedly this video had the highest budget of any Ren has done so far and it still came in under 2000 pounds. This is musical penicillin. Ren is turning the mold in the petri dish into a remedy.

Why would somebody that can get number 1 as an independent with a tiny team EVER even consider a label. They could do nothing for him, he learned everything on his own and then Samuel and his other camera guy made a team. He gets to spread his wealth with his small team and keep it all. No loans from the greedy labels.
@@kellyt5341 Don't forget not only is he paying back his loan to the label, he is also being told what he can sing/rap about. Just in case something might offend these people who find offence in absolutely everything. Why do we love Rens music simple, he can sing better than 90% of the main stream artist's who need their auto tuning. He can rap to the same level of most if not all main stream rappers. Yet Ren tells stories or songs to make you think, to cause you to question things and have deep discussions.

I love your reactions guys! No. Ren is not signed to a label. He's totally independent and apparently this video was done for less than £2000! Ren said there was only ever one cut, the one behind the wheelchair. They had to do it to protect the mic from the water and give enough time for the string cuartet to get in position. Also Ren only had one suit so once that one got wet that would be it so they didn't want to risk loosing all the previous filming especially because they didn't have much time to film in that warehouse. Definitely do MG1 and 2 but please make sure you do the lyric video for MG2 bc the live is incomplete and less impactful.

When the rain starts ... it accidentally goes on the violin player on the left. She didnt flinch seeing her violine getting damaged knowing it would ruin the one take after no point of return. That is dedication. BTW they bought her new violin to replace the damaged ones. Awesome video, story, performance.
Yes you need to do Money Games parts 1 & 2. When you do part 2, make sure it is the lyric video version NOT the live version (It was mostly 1 take but there were a couple of breaks e.g. when the camera went behind the wheelchair to set up the string quartet behind)

It's all Ren's talent and vision. He writes, produces, directs, but always takes the ideas and opinions of his friends. There was only 1 cut, otherwise a 1 take video, where the camera went behind the wheelchair. They cut to move the mike to Ren's tie so he could remove the suit coat for the rain scene. If that scene took more than than one take, the coat wet would ruin the vision. It was too tricky to risk it and lose the whole video. As it was the bow of the violinist got wet unintentionally. Ren paid to have it rehaired, of course. The man is a unicorn. Talented, empathic, humble, and a beautiful soul. If more people thought like Ren, we would already be living the utopia he speaks about. Great reaction, Guys. ❤❤

Money game 1 is a live take. It took the 186 tries to get the right one. Money game 2, you need to do the official lyrical video. He made a live for money game 2 but its not the full version.
Sam actually talked about the filming of this video. It’s 2 takes. There is a sneak cut before the rain. They only had ONE take for the rain. Just amazing
Love your reactions! - He has no record label - He composed all the music here including the Orchestra. -There was one cut and that was the wheel chair scene at the end as he mentioned with the rain part, if it had gone wrong, would have lost a whole day and money.
