I love her design, the little details in particular! Only 'complaint' (not really): I would have rather gone for the staff instead of bow and arrows. Simply because unicorns are usually portrayed as serene creatures and dryads are supposedly very peaceful, harmless beings - the staff would have lent itself well for a traveler, a sheppard or even healer type character, which fits the nature of both better, I believe. But like I said, that little detail does nothing to deminish the beauty of your end result!

I agree with the staff thing. Archery is more commonly associated with centaurs, but this doll more closely resembles a satyr (or faun, depending on the lore, I guess) who tend to be more chill

We made staffs before and haven't made a bow and arrow 😊 she started resembling Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn at some point in the making and the bow idea kinda solidified 🤗 I do get how a staff could be more fitting though, thanks for the input!

I gotta say that I think this is probably one of the top best dolls you two have made. I don't really know why but the face up seemed beyond par (In other words, my expectiations were high but Judas priest you really knocked it out of the ball park on this one!) and I'm not disappointed. I also gotta say, overall I love the doll but I think my favorite part was the attention to smaller details like blushing on the ears to make them look more like leaves.

It really does look like she could have made her clothes herself, it's so well done and have that hand crafted look. The moss on her side part is a perfect touch! She is lovely, Venus has such a pretty face and you really brought out the beauty of her face mold

This has always been one of my favourite faces you’ve done, Alex. The lashes are so detailed and fluffy. I swear you can feel the forest vibes in her eyes. I’ll never get over how small the world is now that the internet joins us all. I’m sitting in Canada, watching a doll be made in Poland, so it can go to Pakistan. Crazy!

See so cute! I love her! I like the natural look of the yarn for her hair! I have a "unicorn character". A blond androgynous creature with white eyes and black claws at the end of the legs. They are many legends about this "immortal" and mysterious creature in my universe. ☺️ You can see them at my Instagram if you want. @anirhlehusky (beware the French description under the drawing)

So weird because your customs are probably the best amongst all the doll repaint channels, yet you are still so underappreciated. I'm subscribed to literally every doll art channel I can possibly find on RU-vid (over 20 of them) and watch all their content daily and I am also an artist myself, and your work is absolutely in the top three of all doll art channels.

She's so cute! The super amazing face, the satyr legs, I love her. I especially love how ya'll are bringing together all those crafts to make the bits and bobs. I was already super happy to see you doing resin and casting but when you brought out the leather tools it just got better. I hope you get a chance to work on more crazy body mods if it ever suits you, and I'd love love to see someone do something nuts with resin. Have an excellent weekend!

Fun fact horses/unicorns have thick legs because what most people think are their thighs are actually thighs and knees and what most people think are their knees are their ankles. They also walk on basically their middle finger nail which is why their legs are quite breakable and difficult to heal properly

Thanks! As for tools, use what you have. We sanded with sandpaper before, and cut with a hand saw and all that!

Love this collab! His face he did for the unicorn witch was awesome! I LOVE THIs LIL Doe, do beautifully done! Love how you choose your colors to sew with, and doing the whole thing..you both could teach classes! So good,it turned out perfectly! You should do Patreon, if you dont already...id subscribe! Lol on your glue bottle. I really liked how you didnt flock the same color , but added it as moss!

Yeah, we do it as a hobby. Our tool kit just kinda build up over the years of other hobbies - drawing, painting, 3d printing, polymer clay stuff etc. 😉
