Hello rapido, I m working as rapido captain in amritsar punjab. Petrol k price bar gye hai customer milta nhi jada. agar milta hai to jo 3-4 kilometer use pick karne jana hota hai uska koi pesa nhi milta. Agar is beech me ride cancel kar di custmomer ne to samjho sone pe suhaga ho gya. Incentives apne band kar diye hai. Rate chart kitna kam hai. Apne platform charges brha k 15% kar diye hai.is time to mask or sanitizer ka kharcha or bar gya hai.humko kya bacha.customer k liye sab thik hai. hum log to sirf naam se hi captain hai. baki to sirf seva hi hai.thoda apne captain k bare me bhi sochiye jo apna time or mehnat se apko kamai kar k de rha hai. My brother was very upset because of Rapido. He had to go home from office. He tried several times to book a ride. Rapido riders said they don't take rapido wallet money, they accept only cash. My brother said he doesn't have cash, he have only rapido wallet money. Rapido riders was cancelled ride. My brother tried many times, but all riders reply same, they accept cash, no rapido wallet money. My brother was tired. He decide to go 6 km self walk. He very disappointed to rapido. I question to rapido this your service, people trust only company services. I'm not suggest to anyone to use rapido. It's services not working, you waste your time, please choose another one.
