State Governments should consider gifting two ISI Marked helmets to every Driver who has completed more than 100 rides till 31st March 2024. Or, alternatively, a government can at least offer 50% discount on two HELMETS to those Drivers who have completed 100 rides. The Government can shortlist the Helmet Manufacturers and Helmet Models. This will promote road safety. What do you say, friends?
