I still can't understand why this channel isn't popular. They are giving such quality content for 3-4 years now as I can remember. Don't stop guys, keep up the good work!
As a senior citizen sitting in the US, I am amazed by the brilliant and entrepreneurial youth of India. Of course the host of this RU-vid channel included!! What I am particularly happy about is that a business like Rapido, and hopefully others, is not blindly following the capitalistic model of the West, which is highly exploitative. Coming up with a win-win model that helps both the worker and the businessman/person in equal measure is important. Otherwise there could be social consequences. I hope other brilliant founders follow Rapido in helping the massive population of India prosper while also accumulating wealth for themselves. This way India can become a beacon of hope for the billions of poor people across the globe.
I'm stunned at capability of Indian startups to reinvent the wheel. It's either cab, or food delivery, or grocery delivery. Ola, Zomato, Swiggy, Uber, Tiny Owl, Zepto, Grofers. The list is long.
Bavish is childish not focused and attracted to every other new trend, he don't focus on one thing, i predict ola will be a big failure in near future, he ain't getting his moves right, he will be doomed in no time if he don't focus
I remember in 2019, when rapido was new to me. There was a situation where I wanted to reach home early and booking the cab/auto would cost ₹500-₹600 and required at least 1.5 hours in Bangalore traffic. Rapido, interestingly took me home in 45 mins with a charge of ₹275. The same has now been added by uber and Ola as well, so I use all of them to get the best one.
Actually it is fundamentally right. Think of each rapido driver as an individual business, and business survive only if its owner makes profit. Customers are served by cab drivers and not the company. So it's fundamentally right what they are up to
Rapido is great solution as explained in the video. At its association with quick commerce will definitely boost its growth. In Bengaluru I have seen a lot of delivery partners on YULU ( Small EV vehicle) and I believe it’s a win for both YULU and other platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto and many more. I have seen some heated arguments as well between the auto drivers and Rapido. Hopefully a middle ground can be found for them.
I feel Rapido’s verification needs to be improved a lot. 80% of the time, the bike registration number doesn’t match with the registration numbers on the app. That’s a big red flag.
I'm regular users of bike taxi and what in my experience captains are more happy with uber as compared to Rapido as rapido charge 15-20% commission where uber charge just 5%
Overall volume of the video should be increased or the presenter should speak little louder.... To hear it clear we increase the volume above 80-90% then some ads or call comes and it's to loud to hear them hence spoiling the overall interest of watching ur videos... Do consider the feedback
Take care of your employees and they do the rest... Interesting... But as mentioned in the video what is going to happen when it becomes saturated.. We will have to wait and watch
I believe you folks forgot to address one point which is very crucial in terms of users’s experience. After Rapido shifted to this fixed pricing model, they don’t have customer support at all. If the ride price increases they’ll do nothing, if the driver is misbehaving they’ll do nothing, if the driver took longer routes deliberately they’ll do nothing and list goes on. They might be growing in terms of drivers but their customer experience is going down the drain. This is purely from my personal and my friends’ experience.
There won't be problem unless they try to increase the profit by decreasing their captain's profit or while the captain's profit becomes standstill and his expenses increase due to inflation
If rapido can negotiate with Automobile companies on vehicles , Services , Insurance, Buyback of old vehicles, Retrofitment etc Rapido will will change the face of Mobility Business
I live in bangalore & moslty travel 2-3 days a week for office. Below are the reason I book auto/cab in rapido instead of uber & ola. 1. Cost & quick booking Rapido have low price compare to uber & ola. Uber price some time near to rapido but ola is worst company in cab booking. Ola have very negative review, safety concern & very very high price (looks like some eng run random price generator to show the current price ). I even think that CEO of ola should shut it down & let the ola & rapido take care of cab booking service. Its look like Ola didn't even try to compete with others. When I book the cab in morning 9-10 mostly, I see uber & ola driver (cab/auto/2 wheeler) never accept the ride request(very long waiting time), while in case of rapido, it is like out of 10 rides, 8-9 time my ride is book. (peak time) Uber - out of 10 rides, 6-7 time my ride is book. (peak time) ola - out of 10 rides, 4-5 time my ride is book. (peak time) Keep doing great rapido.
Rapidos one guy was harassing me because his petrol was finished in the middle of the road and petrol pump was to far from my home. So , he asked 300 rs instead of 100rs bill . When i denied he was calling his local friends to beat me. and was abusing very badly. I was not able record video but i did the voice recording of the guy.
Even if they have a great business model, my experience with their drivers is pathetic my last 4-6 rides where the captains were the worst since the behaviour of them were bad i think they need to have a check on the captain's behaviour as well now it's been a year that I haven't used it because of these issues
Working for almost a month, Ola app is horrible to use and yes, it is definitely cheaper. So, the customer benefits, the company gains customer support, But nothing for the captain. Tho their bike ride rates are similar to Rapido but parcel service is horribly unfair. I regreted badly accepting those orders. Overall Rapido has been much better for me
Ola will fail .. My scooter has been out of service for two months after the recovery van took it away. Whenever I call customer care, the representatives speak to me arrogantly. I understand that machines can have issues, but the way I’ve been treated is unacceptable. There seems to be no way to escalate my complaint to a higher authority. This is my protest-I'm sharing my experience here
In Kanpur a Rapido Driver showed me his earning. He earned 70 rupees. I paid 95 and on my screen it showed that 80 rupee went to driver. So, what was that a visual error or a lie. I hope they are doing fair towards the drivers. I felt bad for him cause he have driven me 12 km in scoring heat and heavy traffic. So, I gave him a tip with cola and cigarette and ₹100.
Don't know what it shows in customers screen, But Rapido pays what it shows before we accept the order. The rate is 10 per Km. Bad road? Heavy traffic? Steep road? No S given. ₹10 per KM
They take a 30% cut from the bike owners (according to them). They also promote app based payments and bike owners literally beg us to pay them directly.
I don't think this as an issue, rapido is pretty much execling in the space, i have worked part time as a rapido captain, i was able to earn like 500-600 in part time bases with time of just 3-5-6 hours, they do cut hefty percentage its all part of game they run ads do marketing to attract new customers, but they also give lots in return, due to such a affordable price i often find out that i ain't get any free time when i online my app to recieve rides unlike other platforms where drivers have to wait long hours to get next rides. overall in my opinion its really game changer for everyone, peopel can spare free and use it to earn extra money, customers gets comfortablity to commute anywhere in really affordable price
@@backstagewithmillionaires very bad experience as a customer No proper authentication and actions had taken against rider No proper customer support available They forced to cancel the ride & after going few km the rider asked 5 times the fare and gave threat I started taking pictures 📸 and told that let me call police , he escaped away I complained but no proper customer support or action available They have a gang in some location I can show you proof Give your email
@@rishisharma5827I have been working for past 1month and all those points are not true in the least, Rapido has been much much better for me than Ola. And to answer your questions, Rapido charges the Customer not me, Ola holds the App based payments till next day and only releases the payment, While in Rapido I can instantly withdraw the money (tho this option is limited to 3 times per week) The payments is a non-problem, i don't have to beg customer for nothing. I will just tell them to pay me in Gpay that's it.
After some time RAPIDO will also charge 20% they will also do the same as OLA UBER looted,,unless and until they are not charging they are good ,,SAB EK HI THALI KE CHATTE BATTE HAI😅😅😅😅😅😅
@@Sanjaysahu1syep. Rapido charges a good percentage, Ola currently charges zero. But as a driver I prefer to use Rapido any day of the week, Tho rates are exactly same
Rapido is the single most worst thing to ever happen. Come to Hyderabad they double the fair price in peak hours even after that their drivers wont accept the ride until and unless you bribe (tip) them with extra 30-40 rupees. Can you believe normal cost to travel 4 km is 40-50 rupees here in peak hours I spent almost 130 rupees to go to same venue. I deleted this nonsense app the same day and drivers who work there. Sorry I dont have any respect for those pigs
Very true brother. And I'm a Rapido driver for a month. But I wish the Autos and Taxis make charges a lil more reasonable, Autos charge very unreasonably. If a person is rich and wants to support Autowalas, well and good, But not every common person can afford that. Hence Ryder apps exist
