My favorite Harbaugh team building strategy... Burn the grass! According to ex-49er TE Delanie Walker. Harbaugh wanted to burn the grass, to find the snakes on his team. He only wanted hard working men of character on his team. They immediately went from 6-10, to 13-3 and a trip to the NFC Title Game.

Man on God. 😂😂 We could have won at least 13 of our games this year. All them fluke ass loses by 1 and 2 PTs. Hopefully harbaugh go in coaching like nick Saban. It's crazy man kuz I'm a chargers and Alabama fan bro. Both of my new coaches was in the national championship this year. Im a Chargers fan for 42 years and this is beautiful! I love the Chargers and my fellow Bolt Fam!-We've been through HELL! Its hilarious this dude says Herbert has "under performed" he has the second most comeback wins in the league since 2020!(14) after Patrick Mahomes!!! Was OROY! Was the fastest to 100 tds in NFL History , broke Marino's record to accomplish that! Would also have a waaay better W-L record if not for Brandon Staley and his absolutely TERRIBLE late game decisions! Herbert is a baller now hes got a LEGITIMATE HEAD COACH! BOLT TF UP!⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

Justin Herbert might be the biggest winner in this hiring. I believe he has had a new OC at least every 2 years since he started at Oregon. That being said there is a lot of dysfunction on the Chargers and it wasn't all Staley.

Staley bad coaching held back the whole team. He was the cancer of the team. I've been wanting him fired since he started with the chargers. That was a terrible hire by the Spanos family.

@@brentkrueger7848 as they said, "the NFL is not a safe harbor to escape NCAA sanctions." Ask Jim Tressel or Tyrelle Pryor. I know what your thinking, what about Pete Carroll. That's when the rule was changed. If the NCAA rules to sanction Harbaugh, I'd be very surprised if the NFL doesn't follow suit. But maybe not. Here's hoping.
