Tampa, Florida: Officials say 26-year-old Charles Jones, who goes by the stage name of ‘Julio Foolio,’ died at the scene of a shooting while three other victims were taken to nearby hospitals. Rapper Julio Foolio was shot and killed at a hotel early Sunday morning. Police say the shooting took place around 5 a.m. in the parking lot of a Holiday Inn.
The Tampa Police Department said,”This is early in the investigation, two cars were shot at.” Jones was celebrating his birthday at the time of the shooting.
