LET'S COLAB BRO! I am a singer song writer and we could make a Justin Bieber/ Kid Laroi type of track and it would blow up trust. I know that's a little out of the box of what you do, unless you're not up for the challenge ;)
@@shaulin3296 yes, I know. They used all loops for the melody and drums except i think the kick and snare. but, their beat would have either been total shit or not done unless they got some advantage 😂
Producers song definitely seemed more complete in the studio, but the singer/rappers could perform it live better. I think overall learning a DAW would be easier than learning how to rap/sing well but both are unique skills that take lots of time to master
Putting a melody loop and drum loop together is easy for a video like this but to actually make something of yourself I think learning production is much much harder imo
It's easy only if you put the work in, like, to be a really good rapper, it takes phases of experimentation, I'm just one year in production itself, and once I was through with the basics of Ableton, I could easily make a track I was proud of, I don't know if there are rapping classes too, that shit comes from the soul @@ArtoverCrackClouds
I be laughing so hard when Matt attempts to make a beat and he freaks TF out it's so comical. Both groups killed it. The producers obviously had the better production but it's noticeable they don't rap often. The rappers had no issue with lyrics or flow but struggled hard to find a compressor lol. This goes to show that both parts are needed equally unless you're someone who's willing to learn it all. Good video, make more like this.
This is my favorite video you’ve ever uploaded. Matt and Juice were so hype and funny together. The producers made some worth being proud of too! Time to bring the 4 of them together for a hit.
I agree next video They all make two songs and producers also sing with the rappers too Maybe it sounds bad idea but I think Kyle can make it and it will be a good freaking idea
I remember my first time recording in a studio and meeting the producer. I thought I had my whole song put together before I walked in, but he added so much more. It blew my mind! The producer can make everything so much better. Hats off to producers! I showed up to an open mic at a bar in Durham NC, with only my guitar, and there was a producer working the sound equipment. As I performed my song, he picked up on the chorus and flow and added reverb and all kinds of effects to it, and he had never heard my song before. I felt like he was performing with me. It was pure synergy.
Just showed us how both work in tandem. The rappers knew how to bring the energy get the crowd. Producers knew how to make that song fire. Producers song was better, but rappers song was LIVE. Put it both together and you got a hit.
@@ryanmcgonigle1118obviously they had vocal performance issues but imo the lyrics were more interesting and the second dude knew how to change the flow.
@@ryanmcgonigle1118 What I gathered is that the beat was 10X better than what the rappers could come up with, but the rappers knew how to effectively layer vocal lines, put in proper add-libs, and perform live. Imo the producer's lyrics were a bit more interesting, but they didn't do too much other than single recordings of each of their voice lines. Each one plays to their strengths but since producers manage so much more of the overall workflow they were able to do so much more with almost everything. You can have your opinions on which song you thought sounded better (and I respect it, everyone has different tastes), but skill-wise these producers had the upper hand.
@@kv-31researchdivision The question was not "whos lyrics were better". The question is which song was better. The rappers had the better song. Thats facts. I used to thing the producers carry. This showed that they both play a huge role. But a song is nothing without the artist. Honestly without both. Honestly drake could rock out on a mid beat it could still be a banger. A mid rapper on a great beat. Not so easily a banger. In my opinion. My opinion has changed greatly
The end is so wholesome man. Even after all that stress and friendly beef, all are just having a great time. Clearly producers having a bit of difficulty performing, but Kyle, Matt and Juice were so gassed and supportive and it was fire tbh. Both the songs were something else to listen to.
Beautiful to see how we are all amazing in our own different ways, but together is always better! Well done both sides yall made it happen and BIG UPS TO KYLE YOU THE MAN!
As an artist I will always have so much respect for what producers do. There’s so many intricacies and a seemingly infinite amount of different ways to manipulate sounds. I think artists and producers complete each other. You can have one without the other but when you put two skilled in their lane you get beautiful art.
Sh*t was fire! Now you need to mix it up and pair them together meaning Matt teams up with one of the producers and Juice teams up with the other producer to see what they can come up with.
Im at the end of the video realizing i've had a smile on my face the entire time. Its the enthusiasm that made this video one of my favorites so far. Looooovve
Seeing you evolve in this RU-vid game I’m impressed with this one keep doing it up Kyle been watching you for years helped me a lot with my producing 💯🐐
I love what this does. It puts a true emphasis on how hard both the artist and the producers job is. That its not just pre-built everything ready for you. It shows how much talent it takes to do either one.
Love this video. I be thinking im not good enough and doubting myself but knowing theres ppl out there that cant do what i do gives me confidence and hope and even better I can do all these things and more. Ive always been the guy that wants to be good at everything and saw it as a weakness, but now i dont regret it
This is one of the greatest videos released, there's nothing better than big smiles to make a face hurt! These guys killed it and it was so enjoyable to watch; Much love and keep going!
This was absolutely inspiring. I used to write lyrics myself but kinda gave up on myself due to the excuse of not knowing what I was doing. Just watching the process and giving amount of time made me feel like I can do it too. Short story longer, thank you 🙏 @Kyle beats
as an artist you dont really know what a producer / sound engineer does . take so many time to improve on both sides. BIG UP Kyle, I'm checking your videos from 2018 . you evolved a lot, keep that good work!
This is such a dope series, or will be if you make it one. You are doing such awesome stuff man. I been subbed to you for a while, & seeing your growth & how you put on other producers / rappers & artists in general just amazes me. Keep being great. Would love to have a studio sesh with y’all
i love the way watching like this thats why i already did 1 song haha.. thanks KB for having this channel that can everybody watch and keeping motivated at making music❤
