From an unbiased viewpoint, Chance is doing fine, especially with his recent music videos. He’s kinda like an OG in the game/veteran who’s grown. People just have a delusion that an artist is always supposed to keep dropping consistently, forever and be super hot in the game with every song or album forever, when that’s not how it works. Celebrities can also make mistakes too lol. Most people are just very fickle minded. Prior to contrary belief, as long as an artist continues to have a good & solid fanbase and caters it properly and grows it, then the artist is fine, which is his case. Dude has his hand in more things, behind the scenes, & outside of music too, which is actually what artist are supposed to do, it shows growth

I really don’t think Chance fell off. I think he had an album that people don’t like and he had a bad reaction. I didn’t like it as much as his other work but I kept listening to it and over time it grew on me and I liked it more.

In the U.S you still have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. The conviction of assault mean intent to harm with that weapon. But the phone call doesn’t necessarily attempt beyond a reasonable doubt that Tory’s intent was to shoot. It could’ve been a horrible accident he could’ve be sorry for even just having the weapon that someone else fired.
