Was a bit worried with your sole removal process but the whole restoration was really nice and the result is superb! Looking forward to your videos, mate!
I did already check the shoe thoroughly before start the removal process. But yes, it may seem rough and risky but all good. Less chemical used is better. And yeah man, the results is way better than i expected 😅 Thanks for the comment and support 💪🏻🙏🏻
Love the differennce bro, amazing work! Baru nak belajar paint kasut sendiri, and this video has been very helpful to me. Thanks for the tips, looking forward to ur next project!
Did you hand paint it or airbrush and how many coats and do you think volt or a grinch paint color would be good accurate enough for the nike zoom area of the midsole and did you apply any finisher like 2 soft or duller so it doesn't crack?
Everything is airbrush. Probably around 5-6 coats i believe. Thin coats at a time. Just a few bit drops of duller is enough. Too much duller will weaken your paint. Color match already described on the video but the accurate paint portion u need to test it yourself. It's not that complicated for this colorway
What did you do to prevent the paint to be mess when applying the glue? I use barge superstick. Everytime i apply the glue on painted part it peeled off. Please help.
I assume u asking about the plastic part. I didn't apply it fully. Just the edges only and I leave the edges unpainted. Never apply glue on painted area as it will not hold properly as barge glue contain acetone
Using Angelus Pearlescent Emerald Green and a bit of Angelus Light Green. But I don't paint the whole inner. I leave a thin outer line for glue. No need to apply finisher as it's on the inner side. Barge superstik glue will peel/mess of the paint if applied on it
Hey bro 👋🏻 Probably can but I'm from Malaysia 🇲🇾 so I didn't know how it works with all shipping charges etc. Can contact me through my insta @rapplafarian to discuss more
