Hi Guys, how are you? This Horacio Estrada from North Hills California, Glad to see you again! I contacted you months ago regarding my truck GMC which got raptor liner by me, it`s been 8 months since then and now I noticed that the bumpers are peeling off, I use the adhesion promoter, Did I have to sand off the plastic bumpers before I use the adhesion promoter or what do I need to do in order for the raptor, not to peel off? Thank you in advance for your help!!
Are you guys taking body work classes? I've been a sub since day one. In about a year you guys have improved in everything from wearing proper ppe to using proper terminology.
Thank you brother, we are not taking classes but we are learning from a lot of different people, we are still trying to learn everything we can to perfect our skill 👍🏻
@@RaptorPaintJobsRGV That masking was on point. You guys even got the inside to avoid overspray. The RGV shop is looking better with each episode. I remember the little compressor you guys started with, now you guys have a 60 gallon and a little shop/man cave.
Nice! Thinking about doing my Bronco like that. If repainting the truck, can you mix in that paint color for Raptor lining the top or does it have to be black? Thx
Nice work man, what grid(s) of sand paper did you apply? I planned on raptor lining my whole canopy topper as well but I'm using white raptor to deflect the heat
I want to do that with my 91 Bronco. Does it hold up well and how does it fare against fading? How much can I expect to pay to have the removable top done? Thx
Hey bro, awesome work! I just bought a used shell for my truck bed. I was going to either paint it, or do this. I love the look. But my question is, how hard is it to keep clean? A friend of mine was telling me that it would be a pain in the ass to keep clean. Anyone else wanna chime in? Thanks!
I just got a cheap fan style sprinkler that I just set on top of my suburban and it keeps it pretty clean, I've been told that you don't want to use a stiff Brussel brush on it though
@@FordFan01 right. Just wondered if real world experience proved that theory to be true, and if it would be worth the extra maintenance to look so badass.
@@mainetroutwhisperer Thanks for the info. I'm going to be doing mine and I'm looking for a slightly smoother finish. On the prep work what grit sandpaper did you used? Thanks again
Hey do you guys know of anyone in LA where I live that can white raptor my truck? I don’t have a garage or space to do it myself and would really like to find someone close to me who will do a good job at an affordable price.
