I'm looking for a 61 starliner to build a tribute car to my father. The last race car he had was a 61, that he bought from Ned Jarrett. Shortly after my mother died, and his racing career was over. He had 5 kids to take care of. I was about four when that happened, but I remember that red and white car.

New sub here. Whiskey Dents sent me over. I had a 60 Ford wagon years back with the 292 Y block and aftermarket add on external oil lines for the rocker arms. Great cars!

I've read that 1960 Fords were actually wider than was legal. The feds told them one year only.

Back in the 70s I ran a lot of those in a demolition derby who would have thought them cars would be worth something today
