Also known as Barway Sidings Level Crossing.
Rare level crossing with original 1980s halogen warning lights and one original Mk1 half barrier. One of the barriers was hit and damaged badly by a car and, as a result, was replaced with a barrier and halogen warning light of the same kind, from Hinxton Level Crossing, which had been upgraded and old equipment removed. Therefore, this crossing has an one original barrier and a barrier from a different level crossing, which used to have the exact same set-up here. Other such old barriers and halogen lights seem to be kept in storage or maintenance, in case they are needed as spares or replacements.
