I was fortunate enough to be asked to play a whole set of Dream Theater with Mike Portnoy when he came out to Australia in 1996 to headline the 'Australian Ultimate Drummers Weekend', and this handicam footage has surfaced, which is great to see after all these years, but the quality is low, so apologies for that.
If anyone has footage of this whole show, please do get in touch with me, I'd be very grateful! :)

Great stuff even then. I left Australia in 88 and played a few things like that the years before around Adelaide but not as well as you. Your talent and speed was certainly in tact and definitely clean. I am sure in your mind there is much better quality color than shown. These things remind you of how long you have been on the earth, how far you have come and how your mind can snap back in time to the memory. Someone will find the footage. Just give it some time......
