I like the workflow with scales when I'm dialing in a new coffee. Setting a target weight for your espresso is easier and quicker than converting or nudging pulse targets. When you haven't had a coffee in the morning and you want the machine to give you 40g instead of 38g, it's so much easier to just set that parameter vs pulling a shot onto a scale, stopping it manually, then remembering the pulses and entering them into the firmware.
I stopped watching this video asoon as I saw your grinder . What the heck . Talk about fast service for customers but then you use this grinder that’s so old school??? Bro
