In fact, losing so much weight to the point where you start looking unhealthy is actually unattractive. It's not a number on the scale that guys are attracted to, it's looking healthy and active. Starving yourself or throwing up all the time is not the way to make yourself more attractive to a partner. Trying to lose weight or maintain a figure is completely fine, just do it in a way that is going to make you more healthy and therefore more attractive instead of the other way around.
