10:06 Hit grabs actually do triggers counters, so long as the initial grabbing hit does damage. Buster Wolf simply moves through most counters too quickly to be hit. They will however ignore armor.

Buster wolf has a "seeking" hitbox on the initial rush that does about 6%, so even when a counter is hit, its not that strong. Except for sora, because sora.

14:55 after going on a Kirby Solo Tour last year, having played over 1000 matches... Nobody seems to know that... The number of Samus that just shot their fully charged shot at an inhaling Kirby is stupid. Another Kirby fun fact. With Dedede's Inhale Kirby can inhale Dedede's Gordos... while facing the wrong way.

Another fun Kirby fact; if you inhale and spit Pac-Man through his hydrant, the hydrant is sent at the perfect angle to hit Pac once he comes out of the star, if he doesn't do anything about it in time.

Shield break is the other way around, it's shorter the more damage you have, so that's why at 300% the little mac was able to get out of it quickly.

Pretty sure if shulk enters shield art against Kazuyz, Kaz can just repeatedly do electrics over and over and rack up dumb damage till it runs out. Just spam electrics

@@enddorb I play kazuya, and Im not :) sure there are occasions where I hit 3 or 5 in a row but its more of 80% chance to get a EWGF each time I input it, plus in case of shield monado shulk, you have to do them very fast back to back

@@XxSirMeowALotxX I main Kazuya (technically), and I have an ewgf rate of around 90%, with five percent of the fails being due to my finger or thumb slipping from the A button or joystick. There’s a wide gap between playing the character and maining the character, especially Kazuya. And if you think a three frame window is a tight input, you ain’t seen nothing of original fighting games.

fun fact about hero’s neutral b 1: if you have bounce, you will almost always win the reflect trade. the hero in the clip likely knew this, and went for it. sizz and bang also share this property, but to a lesser extent. and neutral b 3 will almost always lose the trade

For some reason only 2 of heroes projectiles when reflected back and forth will hit the opponent, one of which is the lowest charge of heroes neutral B.

Probably has to do with the speed.

I think it also has to do with how far into the middle the hero is into the Gardevoir reflector.

@@daltostar7566 It might, but it has the same effect if you were to use bounce on hero then have Fox hold reflector and then have hero use neutral B. For whatever reason it breaks Fox's reflector and not bounce, unlike most heroes other projectiles.

@@Aleyway yeah I agree but I think the further into Gardevoirs reflector you are the longer it has to actually reflect. So if you're more towards the edge, you might have a better chance of it getting out and hitting the opponent due to the new speed of the projectile

Yeah I knew about kirby inhaling powerful projectiles. I've managed to actually kill with it a handful of times online against people who don't know. Nothing more satisfying than spitting out a Samus' full charge shot back at her when she least expects it. I just really wish the amount of moves Kirby could spit back out was a bit larger

I’ve known about the Kirby projectile thing for awhile, you just never see it because he has better options than inhaling a strong projectile to use as a mediocre projectile.

Star spit is definitely not just a mediocre projectile. It's safe on shield, deals a lot of damage, and depending on the projectile inhaled, can be massive in size. The issue isn't that star spit is mediocre, it's that the vast majority of projectiles can't be spat back out, and even when they can be spat out, inhale is too slow and laggy for it to be a good option in neutral (you can't really react since it's not quick enough).

I always said mewtwo's tail (his tilts) were busted, but i didnt have the skill to utilze them well. I would mostly just spam his side tilt to the frustration of my enemies. But seeing that combo really shows just how good mewtwo can be with the right person.

@@jaxon3186 It somewhat depends on the match up I'd say. Against certain character's I find it more effective to be more aggressive, in other match ups I'd be wise to play more defensive and rely on Mewtwo's safe neutral tools (mostly Shadow Ball). But it's always very important to pick the right options in disadvantage state. I see a lot of Mewtwos panic when they're in a bad spot. But Mewtwo actually has some pretty solid options in disadvantage - with forward air as a combo breaker, teleport as a surprisingly lagless free out of jail card, great recovery and aerial drift and many mix-ups at ledge. But to a certain degree you just have to accept the fact that you die earlier and easier than many other characters as Mewtwo, since Mewtwo is so big and light. Hope this is in some way helpful to you. And thank you for giving my video a chance.

He's not light enough for gray. The color given to him is definitely intended to represent black, but if they made it much darker, it would cause issues with the light rendering in Smash. I'm speaking for texture modding experience in Smash Ultimate

Buster Wolf actually has a hitbox that can launch opponents lying on the ground or that are otherwise impossible to grab, and it can trigger Counters as well

Apparently the palette was more brown in Melee and a bit like Chocolate in Brawl? Sm4sh and Ultimate made it a very dark purplish colour.
