I'm pretty sure you will be able to teach but if a player gets his special hissatsu then it will be voiced maybe like inazuma eleven SD

I reaaaaally hope that we can learn any hissatsu to anyone so that we can really make our own teams. Im rallye tired of seeing everytime the same teams in strikers. For me since VR is gonna be way more strategic than any of the past games, then teams should be build base on the passives and the stats more than the hissatsu so that we really can have any player in our teams and not only the same with the same techniques

@@Bakuganluver23 players got their standard hissatsus (i believe 4) and you can learn them 2 or max 4 I wasn't sure about that. What I also know a lot of popular/main characters have voice acting for their moves. But if you teach Temna eternal blizzard he wil only grunt/ shout.
