i remember the chocolate cream oreo commercial & i used 2 eat them all the time. i tried making sure i only had three but i ended up eating the whole pack. now i dont eat them at all anymore & i think thats whats helped me lose weight the most. i dont have a scale so idk how i weigh now but ive lost 23 pounds in the past few years & put on a pound of muscle!
