Glad you snagged a pair. Double check your 3rd set, someone posted one of their sets shipped without the jade lens. Mine barely got a tracking number despite ordering Friday. Hope it’s complete.
That's true: we haven't tried these on yet, although I did notice that the hinges were very loose (not sure why) and we actually had a fourth pair that were very badly damaged (frames were bent), so we sent them back for a refund. QC at Oakley seems to be suffering lately, unfortunately.
Great question, and nice glasses (the Hatchet wires)... No, they are not. They were actually made from a proprietary aluminum-based alloy called "O-luminum". I have all of them (I think) and was actually thinking of doing a review in the not too distant future. Thanks for watching!
