Rare Recording Of Steve Cannon - The Ledgendary Radio Personality 

This clip finds the legendary and beloved Steve Cannon playing the part of Humphrey Yogurt, one of his voice characters which he called his Little Cannon's, on KSTP radio in Minnesota sometime in the middle 1960's. He is teasing his fellow KSTP employee Jimmy Valentine. Steve Cannon, Jimmy Valentine and my father all worked at KSTP together during the 1960's.
The Cannon Mess was a popular show that Steve did on WCCO radio, another Minnesota station,which ran for many years after he left KSTP. He used his cast of imaginary voice characters in his show, that he performed live, going seamlessly between Ma Linger, Backlash LaRue and Morgan Mundane, among others.
