Rare Ryko US2001 Rollover - Delmar Shell, St Louis MO

Thanks to a helpful tip, I was able to film this very rare Ryko touchless system located on the Delmar Loop in St Louis. The wash itself seemed solid, though I wasn't a fan of how the wash packages are set up and priced.

CarWashExplorations Unfortunately, this Circle K and this beautiful Ryko Ultrasonic 2001 roller have since been torn down and a new CVS pharmacy took its place.

These newer Ryko Systems - started all the way from 1990's - have come equipped with High Impact using 300 psi and a larger volume of water. This new method allows the wash to move faster. Like I said that started from the 1990's!

Sadly, this Circle K/Shell Station went out of business. Then, it was fenced off and the entire station was demolished to make way for a CVS Pharmacy. :( R.I.P Ryko Ultrasonic 2001 Rollover.

super max1023 I’m sorry but I can’t. There is not even any of those systems in my whole country, they are impossible to find and are extremely rare. Though if you want me to find an ultra rare CWS Storm, I have found one and I’ve filmed it!

Actual wash cycle went from 2:10 to 4:32, so just over 2 minutes. Pretty incredible for an old in-bay automatic.

Talk about vintage, there's a Shell Station where I live that has an old Ryko machine from the 1980's that is still in operation. Now that's what I would call vintage.

The base wash is a ripoff. You have to get the top wash to get Spot free rinse.

We have one of these here in the quad cities at a gas station, but unfortunately by the looks of it it's closed because the machine needs to be rewired it needs all new electrical equipment
