I have this exact same car. Put some magnum 500 wheels on that thing and it will draw more buyers. People are taken aback by the price but this Fairlane style was only made in 66. The 67 was a lot like it but didn’t have the hood scoops. Parts aren’t reproduced because of the rarity of the car. Just that center console in rough shape starts at around 1200 bucks. My car grabs attention everywhere it goes. This one will do the same! A 66 Fairlane with a new coyote engine in it sold for 106k a couple months ago. As long as the underneath of this car doesn’t have rust cancer it’s well worth 50k
I absolutely love these, I think 66-67 is the nicest body style Ford ever made, the only thing better than this color combo, is the opposite, black and red, I love it. I wouldn`t really know what I would want with the wheels either, it looks great as it sits, but eventually magnum 500`s would be stunning, love the cars guys.
What a awesome looking ride!! Would really like to see more exterior drone video as you are accelerating down the road. I think I have seen it in some of your previous videos. Looking forward to seeing what cars Coyote Classics features next.
T code is Candy Apple Red, I had a 66 Fairlane 500 xl in 1981 and from what I can tell it may have been the only 66 Fairlane with a rear radio antenna from the Factory it had a 289 automatic green dot Transmission bucket seats console black interior with Candy Apple Red Exterior, wish I still had it today but I own a 65 Mustang Coupe now and wouldn't sell it for the world
I have this exact same car and yeah they continue to go up in value too! One of these with a new coyote engine just sold a couple months ago for 106k. They only made this generation for 2 years. In 1966 and 1967. With it being as rare as they are they are getting harder and harder to get parts for and they don’t have much reproduction stuff for them. For just a used center console if you can find one even in rough shape will start at around 1200 bucks.
