I like the sort of effect they put over their art, it's like it's being displayed on an old TV screen or computer and a picture was taken of it. I wonder how it was done.
exactly how you described. usually i see artistsd with this effect that take a photo of the image on another device! this could be an overlay though, as those DO exist.
