I made a gluten-free strawberry tart using honey and rice flour 🐝 Since the recipe does not use flour, sugar, or eggs, I would be happy if people who have allergies or constitutions that prevent them from eating this can try making it 💕 For more information The recipe is posted in the summary section ↓

🥧Rice flour tart dough (18cm tart mold)
・Rice flour 45g
・Almond poodle 30g
・45g potato starch
・Pinch of salt
・Honey 30g
・Salad oil or Taihaku sesame oil 35g
① Put rice flour, almond powder, potato starch, and salt in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
②Put honey and salad oil in a separate container and mix well.
③Pour the liquid into the flour bowl and mix with a rubber spatula.
④Knead the dough by hand until it becomes shiny.
⑤Pour the dough into the tart mold and stretch it by hand to form it.
⑥Apply a small amount of oil to your hands and smooth the surface of the dough.
⑦ Poke holes in the bottom of the tart with a fork.
⑧ Bake in a preheated oven at 160℃ for 20-25 minutes (cover with aluminum foil halfway through)
🍓Strawberry rare cheese
・Powdered gelatin 2g
・Water 30g
・Strawberry 100g
・2 teaspoons lemon juice
・Cream cheese (room temperature) 100g
・Honey 35g
・Fresh cream 75g
① Add powdered gelatin to water and mix well.
②Put the strawberries and lemon juice in a blender and make a puree.
③ Heat the strawberry puree in the microwave and bring to a boil (600W/40 seconds ~)
④Put the cream cheese in a bowl and knead with a rubber spatula until smooth.
⑤Add honey and mix
⑥Add melted gelatin in the microwave (600W/20 seconds~) and mix well.
⑦ Add strawberry puree little by little and mix.
⑧Cool in ice water (it's okay if it's around 30℃)
⑨Add the whipped cream until soft and mix until smooth.
*It will be easier to mix if you add a small amount of batter to the cream and mix it before adding it.
⑩ Pour into tartlets or molds and chill in the refrigerator to harden.
☁️Whipped cream
・Fresh cream (40%~) 100g
・Honey 10g
① Add honey to fresh cream and whisk while cooling.
