Mr. Mohan Lal’s concept is very realistic and practical which is most needed for civilized countries and it’s people. Instead of merely holding a debate or just talking, what should be done in Kerala in order to make a drastic change????

Mr Mohanlal you are, absolutely right. We will change. People should not support strikes and hartals... Keralites should support for not supporting strikes.....

Keralites are hard working and intelligent. But what has happened is there is more voice on workers' rights and at the drop of a hat trade unions give call for a hartal, Bandh etc. So no sensible entrepreneur will come forward to invest in Kerala. The communists and the Congress in turn spoiled the Kerala. Campus Politics is rampant. Students prrefer to study in other states. Mohan Lal's concern for Kerala is admirable, but as Ommen Chandy rightly said there should be total change in the mind set of people and politicians.

Is this the way to have an interview/chat/discussion? Mohanlal seems very immature here. I understand he's excited, but he seems more interested in bringing out his views, rather than allowing Mr.Oomen Chandy to air his views. And even when Chandy Sir is talking, he's thinking about the next point to speak, rather than listening empathetically. They are not talking about films here, but rather a topic where Oomen Chandy clearly has a bird's eye view considering his stature. My salutations to Chandy Sir's patience 🙏

A sad and sorry state of affairs prevails in Kerala . as the most beautiful state in India with the most optimistic and educated people is suffering as the state really need a change in the political scenario , as the peculiar political system prevailing in the state , has damaged the future of the state, and a revival appears to be a distant dream. Most of the people from outside the state do not know these harsh realities prevailing in the state but sadly each and every person from Kerala knows about this, but forced to remain as a mute spectator. I am not criticicing the present govt but I am against politicians in general , which ever party s/he belongs to . Their attitude towards the society has to change. They have to prove themselves to be honest politicians. This is not happening instead it is going for the worst. The exodus of educated people from Kerala which continues unabated primarily due to the deteriorating political scenario that negatively affects the future of the state. There appears no solution to this problem. Kerala will continue to suffer under the political system which is being controlled by some of the highly selfish politicians who runs the show for their own gain by making people scapegoats. This is happening for decades together. With no changes expected in the near future, Kerala continue to remain so , with series of strikes and hartals tarnishing its image by bringing a bad reputation for the state.
