Hi friends! After 2.5 years of renovating our 1971 dolphin camper, we've finally decided it's time to give you a full tour of our rig! So, welcome to our truck camper tour! This vintage camper was passed down to Anthony-it's been in the family for now 3 generations. To get to renovate this old camper and turn it into our home has been such an adventure! You have done a beautiful job refurbing this camper. It looks very nice and is so special to have had in the family. Knowing you have added such an upgrade to the family Rv. I especially like the colors you have used and the spots made for books. Excellent work!!!

we have an outdoor shower! No toilet... but that's on the list to add. We planned on fully renovating our bathroom (which is now a storage closet) but still haven't gotten to it

Always thought truckbed campers had a nice profile but looked a bit small, but I’m really impressed with how expansive this looks for the size! Wondering about your height as that may play a factor lol, wonderful space

It honestly totally depends on the camper! Ours is very large. More modern camper manufacturers that make similar sized campers to this one would be: Palamino, Northstar, Lance... But there's plenty of campers that aren't quite as big! Because it's so large, we had to get a heavy duty truck $$$ so while we saved money on our camper, we had to invest elsewhere! It's about 12.5 feet tall I believe?

since renovating? Not much.. But with living in it full time, the weight is in our gear and items. That's why we drive a 3500! lol

Hey! Currently in the process of getting an old camper. what kind of insulation did you use/would you reccomend? Trying to live out of it for a winter season in Canada. Thanks!

@@skyefollas6620 hi!! We used 1 inch insulation boards (from Home Depot) and also used bubble relflection insulation sheets (Home Depot) for the windows! That with a diesel heater and it kicked ass
