Damn, had high hopes for this release especially after Joy’s impression, but I sincerely appreciate your honesty. I’m guessing that in the air it basically smells the same as the original.
I respect you being honest with your review, I live in Houston Texas USA 🇺🇸. We don’t have it here yet but I did order a bottle of this and I’ll have it by the end of the week. I can’t wait to try it for myself.
after watching your review, I cancelled my pre-order of hawas ice. Since I have already najdia and hawas, I don't need another inivctus DNA on my collection. I changed my ordered hawas ice to other frags that I blind buy
the badge of hawas with the purple juice is very strong,it also last very long if you work in the office or heat. do not go over 3-4 sprays,it projects better than the invictus
Immediately ordered this after watching Joy Amin's initial very enthusiastic review. Pre-paid $60 USD. No big loss. If I'm not impressed when it arrives. I'll gift this to someone. Lesson learned....just wait next time.
Thanks for being honest. We are getting it for 5000 INR through a seller here. Will Probably ignore this one and go for Afnan SNOI for now. (I Know different scent profile etc, there is no comparison but just saying for a small collection)
Bro I'm confused between the two. I hear Afnan NOI has poor projection, what say? I like masculine scents so I'm not keen on buying Ice because of the sweetness.
Eh. I beg to differ. I don't think it's disappointing at all, especially because for me it has this minty syrupy candy sweet nature that the original Hawas doesn't have, to where I prefer Ice over OG just from that alone. I will agree though, it doesn't grant the hype nor the (over)price. Is it the best ever, ground breaking, trailblazing thing to end all frags? Nah, not at all, but I love it myself, and I don't wear fragrance to get compliments either, cus that's kinda cringe. I love the scent, like the bottle design, packaging and presentation yeah, but I'm NOT hyping this at all and the price should definitely be lowered to maybe 55-60$ and it'd be a mad solid pickup.
Amen is best flanker series they have made they have same og dna n still all smell diff.. Regards hawas ice ..i felt it opening is little minty cool..but later it smell almost like og hawas but little less sweet woody n Little more airy than hawas.. performance is still bomb for ice
Hawas Ice cost around 140 NZD at the moment. Even the OG has bumped up in price significantly since I got mine last year. The reduction in sillage probably is a good thing because Hawas is absolutely nuclear off my skin for a freshie and it just fills the entire gym up. Hawas is really nice but for the price the flanker is selling at the moment, I feel I can get better options for the same cost.
Reformulation of Hawas is real. I bought mine in Canada from fragbuy, may2023 batch. My friend got his in India. Doesn't last at all, even when over sprayed. My last bottle would last all day.
I love rasasi hawas i’m a really big fan of it. It’s my favorite fragrance. I always rave about it. That’s disappointing to hear about hawas ice. Hawas is a beast mode. Performance is amazing. 12+ hours every time I wear it and I get a lot of compliments. I’m on my third bottle and mine is a 2023 batch. thank you for letting me know. I think it’s stupid if you pay $90 for it. Hawas makes me hype. I’d rather stick with that.
While i do agree this is not groundbreaking, however the Ice is more fresher and airy. It lasts much more than the reformulated Hawas and it does not nose blind you, i sprayed both just one spay on each hand to compare and sat smelling them and watching videos for about 30 minutes then i finally got to cleaning my aquarium so washed my hands . To my surprise even post washing my hands with soap prior to cleaning I could smell it while scrubbing the tank on my hand . I kept getting whiffs .. and when I was done post another 30 minutes I once more washed my hands . And while Hawas was completely gone i could smell this.. it was weak but still there. So conclusion, if your Hawas is running out or you do not have it, grab this beast. If you are sitting on hawas bottle already which is half or more than half full then just wait for prices to go down
I actually might like this better than the original. No ambergris, and it has amber tonka and sandalwood which I love. And they have black current instead of watery notes.
There was about 2 to 3 days of heavy hype on this then it died. Not interested and i predict this hits the low 30s at discounters due to it being no better than hawas and the hype crash with overstock. Hawas itself it very linear, its ok and a beast but it doesn't evolve at all what you smell is what you get for 6 to 8 hours and the original isn't worth over $40.
for $90 usd which its going for in the states, I'd just get Invictus Victory and know I have a breast. I was so disappointed with Hawas OG and I get a bottle from Fragbuy last year so its was real and only lasted 2 to 3 hours max. Invictus Victory got me all day. Problem is Victory is discontinued and now harder to find.

I am disappointed with the quality of the original Hawas. To reduce durability, something has been changed in the composition. It's no longer the beast it was at the beginning. Just watered down juice like from Zara... It's a pity they ruined it...
Then it’s your skin. I did 4 sprays one on each side of my neck and 2 on the back of my neck and it was projecting so damn much I should have only used 2 or 3 sprays. It’s still a beast in projection and sillage and it’s longevity is very good.
