Everybody was so busy in giving negative comments.. nobody noticed that they working for their daily wages. In a stage they get used to the pain all.. did anybody of u noticed, there's 1 guy stirring the rasgulla in the sugar mixture n cook it.. then he removed them straight without using any kitchen clothes. He used bare hands. Salute bro!!! 😮
Sirf video banana aur upload karna yahi kaam hain kya yeh video sari duniya dekhti hain saaf safai ka bhi dyan diya karo apne desh ka naam badnaam to na karo
No Chandra ... this is the reason u didn't got the point first u must learn what are hygiene standards. u can see insects in milk ... water mixing in milk ... touching milk with bare hands
@@muhammadhamid1961 hope u dnt eat outside food if u so concerned any hygiene. Just peep into McD or KFC kitchens or factories. U wud prefer these sweets
I accept its not the most hygienic way.. but its cooked well in boiling temperatures at several points. its more hygienic than most of the good looking half cooked or uncooked dishes for which we pay hefty bills in 5 star hotels. I knew for sure that the left over or damaged vegetables and fruits at big super market groceries are been send to local star hotels at midnight for preparing salads and curries. STREET FOOD IN INDIA (which is cooked in front of you ) IS MORE HYGIENIC IN MANY WAYS THAN STAR HOTELS (which cooks (?) under cover).
I have quite eating all these desi sweets for many years ago bcz of unhygenic rules n in the place they make is full of dirt..after watching this video im satisfy that i was nt wrong.i will continue my aim to not eat these.
Well everyone should had wore gloves while making it.. everyone are dipping their hand.. which shows dat its so unhygenic.. well ofcourse it will taste good after all its a sweet but why everyone has to dip their hand inside to see.. n plus look at the place, the utensils, that particular white bucket that the guy was holding.. man... dat bucket looked so dirty..
This is the way India is.... Indian culture is our moms cooks food with hands not wearing gloves bcoz they cook it with love for their family... They wash their hands that's enough... They are the people who are earning for themselves by doing business in budget they can afford... So no five star hotel customer need to judge what they are doing and why they are doing.. they have built their sweet shop the way olden day sweet shop used to be. If u don't like just move on don't insult the people who are neat and clean😏😏😏
Everyone sees a poor person's hands and assumes they are dirty. I have hung out with traditional cooks. They are very clean people and don't have dirty habits that people here seem to assume/personally have. I think they should clean their minds and hearts..
Gayatri Melkote look i get what u are saying it is not about poor person even u can agree that this is not clean look at the black particles and also the hand thing even if u were a five star chef u have to were gloves for these
Gayatri Melkote I love Indian food and culture, but it doesn’t take a lot of research to come up the conclusion it’s filthy due to the lack of infrastructure and over population(of 7 billion human beings on the planet, 1 billion live in Indian. That is an enormous amount of people for a country that is twice the size of Texas.
What Ingredients added with Chena and what is the measurement ? I can understand, Maida, Suji, Elachi Powder, what are other 2 ltems ?also in sugar syrup what did U mixed Maida water ?
Hi. As per my knowledge, They have first curdled the milk( u can use lime water), remove the water content by hanging using cloth. Then to the product that u get cornflour/maida( I guess), and cardamom powder is added and mixed well. It is then made into small balls and boiled in the sugar solution prepared earlier. That's it.
