We just finished unboxing $1000 of Savior Valkyrie's and there's no better way to celebrate finding the Rashad secret rare version by putting it up against a fully awakened one! Rashad and his red Savior Valkyrie has been a hot topic since it was introduced in Beyblade Burst DB. He looks up to Valt and Valkyrie so much that he wants to copy everything about them, but we're sensing that he'll get another upgrade in the near future 😏..Xcalibur?!
This was a great battle to test out the effects of fully awakening your Savior Valkyrie, but we ran into some unexpected performance differences in the Shot Drivers as well! Our red version's Shot Driver seemed to activate much later than our original one. Even with similar launches, the blue version always activated faster. This is most likely just variations between each and every Savior Valkyrie Bey, but did Takara Tomy make the red one activate later on purpose? Probably not. I guess we'll have to unbox a bunch of the Savior Valkyrie Beys we purchased to compare all the Drivers LOL.

Fully awakened Valkyrie or stock with the smaller rubber blades...does it really hit harder once your wear those down?! This was a great battle to compare the performance between the two Layers, but we also got to see the difference in Shot Drivers too! Of course, seeing the red version spinning around in the stadium with the blue version is the real highlight 😂. What do you BBGs think of Rashad and his obsession with Valt and Valkyrie?! Also, did you get lucky enough to pull a red version?

Also question: What would happen if you activated the shot driver before launching and launched it just like that? Will the activation be reversed or the driver would be broken? What will happen if the enemy bey hits your beys disc while in battle? Will your bey regain clicks or burst instantly?

This was actually a very refreshing battle. Since the introduction of the new Sparking and Dynamite Battle systems, the teeth have gotten ridiculously strong, so seeing a burst for once was nice.

This is what a “burst” battle should be like. Burst lost its whole trademark during cho z with the burst stoppers, then the infinite lock system, and then the double chassis.

Like if you think that this theory is real Have we realised that we have still not seen the antagonist even when we have already 20+ episodes of beyblade burst db, whereas the antagonist of sparking, aka lane, was already shown on episode 5 So, I think the antagonist of db will be pretty epic since he is still not released yet My expectations are that there will be a new bey with the antagonist with new gimmiks for that season

I think that red savior Valkyrie activates so late because it has more stamina then blue because on BBG talks they said when savior Valkyrie loses stamina the shot driver will activate

Maybe the best way to test to see which one performs better between awakened and not awakened is to have a battle between both Savior Valkyries and all of the DB beys out so far. 🤔

I dont really see how the awakend is any different besides three tiny rubber blades are gone it really doesnt make much of a difference in performance

It makes the gaps between the 3 main contact points larger, making the hits stronger. So it does indeed make a difference, it's pretty powerful once awakened. However, even with the rubber pieces it's still good, but it's more like a traditional Valkyrie with less of a gap between blades, reducing the recoil and damage.
