What I can tell you as both an upper limb specialist physio and on/off hobbyist bjj blue belt for several years- Just from how he talked about wrists and elbows, Dan definitely has a passion for biomechanics, strength, con and rehab. I haven’t even read it but I would put money on that his book is probably worth buying for the sport specific elements, even if any instruction or explanation wasn’t 100% accurate by scientific standards. Probably very good for climbers too not just grapplers.
