Very easy to make and so delicious.
This no baking raspberry dessert cups are perfect treat to any party dessert table!
The cream cheese filling is also perfect for cakes, or as a layered dessert in an bowl.
Just perfect!
makes 4 x 150ml cups
RECIPE:
6-7 Digestives biscuits
200 grams of raspberry
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
150 grams of cream cheese
25-30 grams of melted butter
1/2 cup of very cold double cream ( 120 ml)
2 tbsp sugar ( I have added 3 but I believe that even 2 still fine)
fresh raspberry for decoration
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
