Ball Freezer Jam Pectin Recipe Inside The Label
Ingredients:
1 1/3 C Raspberries - Crushed
1 ½ Tbsp Ball Freezer Pectin
1 2/3 C or 1 C Sugar (depending on your sweetness level)
Tools Needed:
Big Bowl
Clean Storage Container
Measuring Cup
Measuring Spoon
Potato Masher
Fill Container - ½ Inch Headspace

These preserves all look lovely and I wish I could try more of them, but with the price of fruit these days, I find it hard to pay those prices only to then boil down as opposed to just enjoying the fresh produce. Wish I had friends with fruit trees and shrubs who don’t know what to do with all the excess. 😊

Hello Evie! So good to hear from you! I've missed our chats. So sad the price of fruit is high where you live. I'm in the Willamette Valley in Oregon and berries are our thing here. They grow easily everywhere so the price is reasonable. I get just enjoying the fresh fruit when you get it though. My mother does that now unless I make the preserves for her! Hope the summer is going well and you are staying cool!
