Caught this live yesterday and loved the run. Congrats to the winner and thanks to both Xem, Dyl and the commentators for making this game look amazing!
I believe what Xem said and meant was that being in the speedrun Ratchet and Clank community gives you such a big advantage. You get to learn quicker, but also keep up to date with the most current and fastest strategies. Where if you were running outside of the community, it would be very hard to incorporate all the same tricks and stay up to date as they keep advancing the strats.
