Totally feel you on the tools of destruction ending. I’m sure I cried or at least shed some manly tears as a kid when clank got kidnapped. Plus the really upbeat credits music right after made me feel like I missed something. Great video though. I like the little descriptions you have for the games. Especially the secret agent clank one with it being the bane of your existence. I remember there was a Lost reference in the game haha

BTW does anyone find it pretty funny how Gladiators dropped Clank's name from the title despite the fact that he's just as prominent in that game as he was in most games, yet with Quest For Booty, despite him appearing twice in the entire game, that's still another Ratchet & Clank title?
@@kimmikat4205 No, I'd compare it more to most likely the writing for the future saga (Tools of Destruction and A Crack in Time) but they're also clearly paying homage to the PS2 games as well. Much of why the 2016 game had bad writing wasn't really due to Insomniac, but rather the movie it was attached to.
@@kimmikat4205 The 2016 game has zero negative reviews and was received well by the majority of people. Remember, the game and the movie are two separate entities. Granted, this R&C game is my first (believe it or not), but I've been doing some reading and watching videos about the overarching story. So, yeah. Don't take my word for it.
