Should have just dug it up where the camera head & Broken cable because the sewer pipe is partially collapse and that's where it seems to be where the bell housing is where you join the pipes together. eventually the sewer will get worst settling.
We went back in with a different style cutter that was spiral shaped along with the camera and managed to hook it and pull it out. I took a couple of hours.
