And now we finding out Koil banned Rated on hearsay, hearsay from a lot of people who now exposed.

1) if koil wasn’t lying, then I believe that the admins/mods of NP played a major role in rateds quick perma. Remember koil did say that it was voted on by the mods/admins, and there were a lot of them who despised rated. 2) if that is the case, then it’s very possible banana manipulation and lied to one or more mods/admins about what rated did or didn’t do, and that mod(s)/admin(s) really fought hard in the meeting to get rated removed from the server. 3) NP has the right to remove anyone at anytime from their server with or without any cause. They are a private business and they can decide at any moment to not want someone on their server even if they didn’t do anything wrong at all, just like how a private business can ask anyone to leave their store at any point for any reason or no reason, they always have the right to refuse service if they so choose 4) with 3 being said, what they don’t have the right to do, is to defame/broadcast to their community (koil) that the person was removed for things they did that are criminal, that they should be locked up for without any proof of that being true. 5) if koil did in fact defame him, it would be very provable that koil knew that his comments about rated being a criminal wouldn’t have just stayed in his own community of roughly 10k at the time of his comments, but koil knew it would be clipped and shipped to LSFs community and other GTA RP forums, that it would be discussed to some extent in all of CGs streamers streams to all of their communities, along with all the other big and small streamers on NP that constantly react to LSF/reddit/other forums of GTA RP/NP clips and news. Which would in turn cost rated loss of income in the form of lost subs, lost viewers, potentially lost sponsors, removal from CG, not just in game but out of game to (which could potentially be loss income off of merch, sponsorship through the cg banner, lost opportunity for collabs with CG members and other streamers/sponsors that interact with the CG banner- idk if rated was getting any percentage of merch or anything else I mentioned), loss of income from not streaming/having to go through lawyers and gathering evidence to defend himself from false allegations. it would also be a pretty easy case to prove for emotional destress caused by the false allegations of him doing criminal offenses. All of which would be rather easy for rateds lawyers to prove in court, if they can prove that koil did in fact defame him. 6) it would be absolutely hilarious, if all of those came to light as being true, koil and NP gets sued and lose, and the judgement that the judge awards to rated ends up being too much for koil and NP to be able to pay rated, and the judge ends up giving rated koils percentage of NP due to the lack of personal funds being able to cover the awarded cost, thus making rated a part/majority owner of NP. That would be absolutely hilarious to me.

If anything they will just say you lose the slander case and leave it to the person to come up with cash. The weird thing i realized after this is that Koil sold off half of the server to Buddha and X. I wonder if that was a business decision related to this situation.

@@ambientdiscord it depends, if the lawyers are suing koil personally, or if they are suing koil and NP (whatever the company is under). If the lawyers can prove that NP as a business defamed him, the judge could award him damages from both koil individually and NP business.

all of that is assuming evidence that is not presented , the coil is not being honest to his version of events alarm in which case none of court cases would go through to punish him and this is totally ignoring whether or not epic did things that were illegal or reprehensible

every player on nopixel makes koil millions a year (i heard its a million a month). its all about the money. nopixel is a business platform. simple. koil was a little too quick to ban rated from hearsay and rumors. ruined his career and in turn ruined lynds. then next was shots career. i think CG realized their career was in the hands of complete strangers who didnt give two fucks about them and moved to a server where streaming job was a bit more secured. this is what happens when players like to DM rumors and wanna play highschool drama 101.. this is why CG is VERY against erp relationships online and don't do dating/relationship RP. never ends well. rated had up to what 10k twitch subs? thats alot of money per month. and we not even counting donos and sponserships.

That is not really surprising tbh as true or not, distancing themselves from him was the safest decision from a business aspect. The second these allegations were made public people immediately sided against Rated and he was seen as a terrible person. The sad reality of public opinion today is people often take allegations and assumptions as fact especially if it is dealing with some form of abuse towards women. In fact, if you do not immediately side with the accusor and instead see this as an accusation where we do not yet know what is fact then you are seen as bad.

Everything he admitted to doing just disappears now. And the constant lying about everything is no longer a problem. /s

With that being said that doesn’t matter at all, because the defamation that koil would be sued for would be for him saying that rated did things worse then that, that he did things that are illegal, and he should get locked up. Koil said some wild wild things about rated and he better have proof to back up those wild claims, and not just some hearsay BS, but actual proof that rated did in fact commit crimes, otherwise rated has a very strong and serious defamation case against koil.

The point is the victims shouldn’t have to be outed. If they were SA’d (as alluded to) then they may not want to have that private and incredibly traumatic event becoming public knowledge etc. like if you were SA’d would you want that information out there for every jerk on the internet to bring up in chat or on posts etc so you can relive the shame and trauma? Having said that though, I do believe that rated is innocent regarding such allegations given the evidence he’s provided.
